The verdict
LaSara gives you several public plan prices and names its medical team. Its $169 monthly TRT subscription clearly lists medication, supplies, routine labs, follow-up consults and shipping, but the peptide pages need a written quote: the current plan cards and older monthly footers disagree. Compare the treatment, dose, supply period and next charge together before choosing a subscription.

The commitment trap
A supply period is not a monthly bill. Sermorelin also lists twelve- and eighteen-week subscriptions; the displayed monthly equivalents do not reconcile the conflicting footer. NAD+ dose and duration differ across its cards, so these are not interchangeable prices for an identical vial.
Money you will meet later
- The TRT page offers a $69 initial hormone panel or review of qualifying recent results at no charge; routine labs are listed within the subscription
- General terms do not establish a treatment-specific refund deadline; request the cancellation cutoff before the next refill
- Longer GLP-1 plans require larger payments; compare the full plan charge with a monthly subscription

Assigned pharmacy unconfirmed. LaSara describes partners as LegitScript-certified pharmacies but does not name the dispenser in the public product or About pages. That is a merchant network claim, not independent certification or a facility-category finding.

TRT follow-up consults are listed as included. Confirm the peptide follow-up schedule and any separate fee.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
The same sermorelin page shows $242 for six weeks near the top and $288 monthly in its footer. NAD+ has a similar mismatch, and its plan cards mix dose and supply periods. A clear TRT bundle does not resolve those peptide quotes; get the selected formulation, quantity, renewal interval and refund cutoff in writing.

No. The page distinguishes a high-dose one-month subscription and a moderate-dose two-month subscription, both priced at $248. Separate plans start at $150 for one month, while the footer says $225 monthly. Confirm the formulation, quantity and recurring charge rather than treating every figure as the same vial.

Does LaSara identify its pharmacy?
The About page describes LegitScript-certified pharmacy partners. The public pages do not name the facility assigned to a particular prescription or establish a 503A/503B category for it. Ask for the dispensing pharmacy and its details before medication is prepared.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
The product pages advertise pausing or canceling anytime. The general website terms do not specify a treatment-specific cutoff, refund window or handling of a refill already prepared. Confirm those conditions before paying; stopping future renewals and receiving a refund are separate questions.
