Every product page shows a one-time price, a subscription price and a per-day cost. The /about-us page still advertises semaglutide "starting at $179 / Month"; the live page charges $299.

The verdict
On its product pages LaSara does almost everything this site asks for. Sermorelin, NAD+, GHK-Cu, glutathione, PT-141, gonadorelin, TRT and both GLP-1s are all purchasable with a one-time price, a subscription price and a computed per-day cost visible without a quiz — sermorelin $360 one-time or $288 subscribed, NAD+ $250 or $225 for a 10 ml vial, TRT $169 a month with medication, supplies, follow-up consults and routine labs stated as included. It names a medical director (Dr. Sunil Kurup) and an operating history back to 2017, which is a longer track record than most of this category has. Then its own /about-us page advertises "Semaglutide starting at $179 / Month", and puts LaSara's first-month cost at "$179*" in a competitor comparison table, while the live semaglutide product page charges $299 for one month.

Who it is for, and who it is not
A good fit if
- You want one provider covering sermorelin, NAD+, PT-141, gonadorelin, TRT and GLP-1 with a price on every page
- You want the one-time price and the subscription price side by side rather than only the subscribed rate
- You want TRT with labs, supplies and follow-ups genuinely inside the monthly figure
- You want a needle-free format — troches and nasal sprays are a large part of this catalogue
Look elsewhere if
- You are pricing off LaSara's marketing copy: the $179 semaglutide figure is not what the product page charges
- You want the route the evidence was built on — much of the peptide line is troches and nasal spray, not injections
- You want a named compounding pharmacy: LaSara says only "LegitScript certified pharmacies"
- You want to start hormone or gonadorelin therapy without paying for a $69 blood test first

What they advertise
The /about-us page advertises "Semaglutide starting at $179 / Month" and lists LaSara at "$179*" in its own competitor comparison table. On the product pages: sermorelin $360 one-time / $288 subscribed, NAD+ 10 ml vial $250 / $225, glutathione 30 troches $150 / $120, GHK-Cu 15 troches $140 / $126, PT-141 10 troches $150 / $135, gonadorelin $99 either way, VIP nasal spray $199 / $179, TRT $169 a month.
What you actually pay, month to month
$299 for one month of semaglutide and $399 for one month of tirzepatide, on the live product pages. The peptide line is honest month to month: $288 subscribed for sermorelin and $225 for NAD+ are the real recurring figures, with the one-time prices ($360 and $250) published beside them.
The commitment trap
A stale marketing page, and a prepay ladder underneath the GLP-1s. LaSara's cheaper per-month GLP-1 rates are not monthly rates at all — semaglutide falls to $283, $249 and $233 a month only if you pay $849, $1,495 or $2,795 in one charge, and tirzepatide the same way up to $3,895. Neither ladder gets anywhere near the $179 the /about-us page still advertises. The subscription discounts on the peptide line are also inconsistent and unexplained: 20% off sermorelin and glutathione, 10% off NAD+, GHK-Cu, PT-141 and VIP, and 0% off gonadorelin, which is labelled "BEST VALUE" at $99 whether you subscribe or not.

Not named. LaSara says only that it partners with "LegitScript certified pharmacies to ensure the quality and safety of our compounded medications" — a certification claim rather than a facility, with no 503A or 503B designation attached to it.
Oversight

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
LaSara's /about-us page still advertises "Semaglutide starting at $179 / Month", and puts its own first-month cost at "$179*" in the competitor comparison table it uses to argue it undercuts the market — while the live semaglutide product page charges $299 for one month. The only qualifier on the cheap figure is a footnote reading "Average, based on personalized dose." A comparison table that beats rivals using a price your own checkout does not offer is not a comparison, and /about-us is exactly the page a reader lands on when they search whether LaSara is legitimate. Separately, much of the peptide line is sold as troches or nasal spray rather than the injectable route the underlying research uses, and GHK-Cu is billed monthly while shipping fifteen troches — not a thirty-day supply at one a day.

Read this before you buy
A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
