Every board we publish · Criteria printed on each page
All rankings
Two different things are ranked on this site, and the split matters. Most of these boards rank providers — who prescribes a compound, what a month really costs once the prepay lever is put back, and what the provider's own site says. Two rank the evidence instead, and recommend no seller at all. Every board states its criteria on the page, and we publish no scores or star ratings.
Affiliate partners are placed first on ranked lists — a disclosed commercial position, never presented as a merit ordering. See how we earn and our editorial policy.
GLP-1 and weight loss
The compounded GLP-1 market, where the advertised number and the number you pay each month are rarely the same thing.
Best tirzepatide providers
Ranked by the true no-commitment monthly price rather than the advertised headline, which is usually a prepay rate in disguise.
See the rankingBest semaglutide providers
Ranked first on whether a provider's own site agrees with itself about the price — several publish one figure on the banner and another on the product page — and only then on cost.
See the rankingCheapest tirzepatide online
The lowest price each provider will take, with the commitment that unlocks it named on every row. A cheap headline attached to a year is not a cheap month.
See the rankingBest weight loss peptides for women
Ranked on whether a woman can choose, and be told, which molecule she receives — the labeled contraceptive instruction attaches to tirzepatide and not to semaglutide.
See the rankingBest weight loss peptides for men
Ranked on whether one provider can manage the weight and the testosterone side together, because exogenous testosterone suppresses sperm production and a GLP-1 does not.

Recovery, growth hormone and testosterone
Providers prescribing the peptides athletes ask about, plus the hormone lines sold beside them.
Best recovery peptide providers
Sermorelin and GH-peptide telehealth judged on price transparency, clinical oversight and support — with the anti-doping status stated above every recommendation.
See the rankingBest sermorelin providers
Sermorelin specifically: real monthly prices rather than teaser rates, and who publishes a number at all.
See the rankingBest online TRT providers
TRT ranked on how much of the real bill is visible before you pay. An intake fee and a lab minimum are not a monthly drug price, so each row says which it is quoting.
See the rankingBest NAD+ injection providers
Injectable NAD+ ranked on whether the price tells you how many milligrams a month it buys. Prices read in a rendered browser, because several in this category never reach a plain fetch.
See the rankingBest peptides for muscle growth
We graded 11 muscle-growth peptides against our own evidence tables. None has human proof it builds muscle, and all 11 are WADA-banned. The honest ranking.

Evidence reviews
Not provider rankings. These two rank the compounds themselves against the human data, with every search printed so a null result can be checked.
Peptides for women: the evidence
Which peptides have human evidence in women, every PubMed query and result count printed, with pregnancy and breastfeeding treated as hard exclusions.
See the rankingPeptides for men: the evidence
Which peptides have human evidence in men, every PubMed query printed, including what testosterone costs in fertility and how long that takes to come back.

The data behind the rankings
Each board is a verdict. These three are the working — the price record every verdict is drawn from, the regulatory question that decides whether a compound may lawfully be supplied at all, and the individual company reviews.
Price transparency index
Advertised price against what a month actually costs, across all 44 providers we track, with the providers that publish no price at all counted rather than skipped. Free to reuse.

Which peptides a US compounding pharmacy may lawfully supply and which it may not, each checked against FDA and the Federal Register on a stated date.

One page per company: the price exactly as published, what our own check of their site found, and at least one drawback they would rather not have written. No scores.
