The "Save $49.95" on the 12-week pack is measured against $634.95 — exactly three times PeterMD's own vial price, and a figure its own product page contradicts.

The verdict
PeterMD sells sermorelin the way a shop sells things: a plain one-time purchase, priced in the open, no subscription and no auto-refill, and adding it to a cart really does charge $211.65 with free shipping. It is also more forthcoming about sourcing than most of this board — two compounding pharmacies named in full, with street addresses and phone numbers. The problem is the arithmetic wrapped around the price. The 12-week pack advertises "$585.00, Regular price $634.95, Save $49.95 Today" — but $634.95 is exactly three times PeterMD's own $211.65 vial, a number constructed from its own price rather than one anything ever sold at, and the product page's real regular price is $685.00. Work the pack out per calendar month and it is about $212, the same as buying single vials, so the tier badged "Most Popular" saves nothing at all. Then there is a $70 provider appointment that never appears in the cart, and labs sold separately on top.

Who it is for, and who it is not
A good fit if
- You want to buy a vial outright with no subscription, no auto-refill and no plan to cancel
- You want the compounding pharmacy named — this one names two, with addresses and phone numbers
- You want mixing supplies and syringes included rather than sourced separately
- You are already buying TRT here, which is the only way the $70 appointment charge is waived

What you actually pay, month to month
Not a monthly figure at all. $211.65 buys one vial the site says "will last 4-6 weeks depending on the dose", and the 12-week pack works out to roughly $212 per calendar month — the same rate. A $70 provider appointment is charged on top of either.
The commitment trap
The discount is constructed from PeterMD's own price. The advertised $634.95 "regular price" on the 12-week pack is exactly 3 x $211.65, i.e. this site's single-vial rate multiplied by three, while the product page's actual regular price is $685.00 — so the "Save $49.95" is measured against a number the shop does not use. Underneath it, the pack is not cheaper per month either: $585 across 12 weeks is about $212 a calendar month, against $211.65 for a vial that lasts 4-6 weeks. The separate $70 appointment charge, stated on the product page and absent from the cart, is the second gap between the advertised figure and the checkout total.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight
The pharmacy
Named twice over, which puts PeterMD ahead of almost everything on our boards — and it still resolves to unknown, because naming a pharmacy and classifying it are two different disclosures. The delivery policy names Absolute Pharmacy, 16011 N Nebraska Ave #103, Lutz FL, and Partell Pharmacy, 5835 S Eastern Ave Ste 101, Las Vegas NV, both with phone numbers. The words "503A", "503B" and even "compounding" appear nowhere on the site, so you can look both pharmacies up and the regulatory category is still yours to establish.
Oversight

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it
Published, and inconsistent with itself. The sermorelin landing page excludes Alabama and Idaho; the 1-month product excludes six states; the 2-month excludes eight; the 3-month excludes a different seven. The site's own location selector lists 48 states plus DC. The NAD+ injection carries its own list again (Alabama, Idaho, Louisiana). An external dataset filed "42 states" for PeterMD — that matches the 2-month product's exclusions alone and is published nowhere on the site.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
A struck-through price that the shop's own product page contradicts is the thing to carry away here. $634.95 appears only on the sermorelin landing page, only as the anchor for a saving, and it is arithmetically its own $211.65 vial times three; the product record says the regular price is $685.00. Around that sit two more gaps between what is advertised and what is charged: the $70 appointment that never enters the cart, and labs sold as separate products with a 90-day follow-up already scheduled. The refund policy is unusually firm about all of it — "All purchases of Peter M.D treatments are final once medication is received" — so the first chance to discover the real total is also the last.

Read this before you buy
A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
