Deepest oversight on the board, and no published medication price
Mandatory bloodwork and a named health coach are real advantages, but Marek publishes no price for any medication and no peptide product appears on its public site at all.

The verdict
Marek Health is the most heavily supervised option we cover: a $299 online intake buys a personalised assessment, an in-depth lab analysis, a 25-minute consultation with a licensed provider, monthly coach check-ins and follow-up lab work. That is a genuinely different product from a shipped vial, and for someone who wants data-driven titration it is the right shape. Two things stop it being a recommendation. Marek requires a minimum $450 lab-panel purchase alongside the intake, so the published floor before any medication is $749. And on the day we checked, Marek's public site named no peptide product at all — no sermorelin, no CJC-1295, no ipamorelin — and the shop URL that still appears in search results returns a 404. We are not willing to price, or promise, a product we cannot find on the seller's own site.

Who it is for, and who it is not

The $299 is not the entry price. The same block requires a minimum $450 lab-panel purchase, so the real published cost of starting is $749, and the recurring medication cost after that is unstated. Figures circulating online for Marek peptide pricing come from review blogs and from a funnel page hosted off Marek's own domain; we do not repeat them, and neither should anyone quoting us.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight
The pharmacy
Not published, and the phrasing is itself a problem: Marek's site refers to "Marek Health's FDA-approved pharmacies". The FDA's stated position is that describing a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility as FDA-approved or FDA-licensed is false and misleading, because the agency grants no such authorisation — it is the exact construction the agency cited another telehealth company for in June 2026.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Not published. Marek says only that it works with U.S.-based residents; there is no state list and no all-50-states claim.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
Marek does not sell you medicine, and says so: its own site states that it is not a healthcare clinic, does not administer healthcare and does not prescribe treatments or medications, but is a platform connecting clients with providers. Set that beside the fact that no peptide product is named anywhere on the public site, the shop URL returns a 404, no medication price is published, and the pharmacies are described with a phrase the FDA treats as misleading — and what you are buying for $749 is an assessment, with the actual product, its price and its source all determined after the money is spent.
