The verdict
HealthRX does the thing this site keeps asking for: it prints every price. Subscribe monthly at $179, or take a one-time 30-day supply at $199 with no auto-renewal, and if you want to prepay, the 3-, 6- and 12-month tiers ($161, $152 and $143 a month) are shown beside the monthly rate rather than in place of it. There is no membership, the provider visit and unlimited follow-ups are included, and shipping and an injection home kit come with it. Coverage is all 50 states. The reservations are about process rather than price: you pay before the clinical review happens, and the satisfaction promise on the product page does not survive contact with the refund policy.

The pharmacy
Unnamed, but the footer carries a LegitScript certification (number 50087439) marked as a 503A pharmacy — the closest thing to a facility-type disclosure here short of AgelessRx's own FAQ. The body copy itself only says "a US-licensed compounding pharmacy".
Oversight
Unlimited, stated on the product page rather than buried in terms.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
The product page says that if it is not right for you, you are refunded. The returns and refund policy says prescriptions are non-returnable and that all sales become final, offers no satisfaction guarantee, and does not address whether the consultation fee is refundable at all. Read together, the "refund" appears to cover a provider declining you — not you changing your mind — while the marketing copy reads as the opposite. HealthRX also states in its own disclaimer that it does not dispense medication or provide medical services and that payment does not guarantee a prescription, and the 4.7-star, 512-member social proof on the page is self-hosted with no third-party profile behind it.
- You are charged before a clinician reviews you; the medical review happens in the member portal afterwards
- The on-page refund promise and the published refund policy do not say the same thing
- "Free overnight shipping" in the site header, "ships in 3 to 5 days" on the product page
- No independent review record — the star rating and member count are self-reported
- Sermorelin is the only GH peptide here: no BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin or tesamorelin
- NAD+ (July 2026): the same two-ladder honesty — 1,000 mg/month at $179 one-time or $161 subscribed — but the category card advertises "SUBSCRIBE FROM $161/mo", which is the higher end of the subscribe ladder, not the lower
- Testosterone (July 2026): cypionate at $199 one-time / $179 subscribed, sold under the strapline "TRT, prescribed on your labs" — and no lab panel is sold, priced or required anywhere in the flow

Read this before you buy
A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
