Three-, six- and twelve-month labels show $161, $152 and $143 monthly equivalents; the total payment and renewal cadence need confirmation before choosing one. One-time purchasing is offered, but its current price remains unconfirmed here. The separate $99 GLP-1 introductory offer is not a sermorelin price.
Do I pay before clinical review, and what happens if prescribing is declined?
Payment comes before the clinician's review. The terms promise the full related charge back if the clinician declines prescribing. That protects against nonapproval; it does not insure treatment results or promise a refund after an approved prescription is filled.
How do I cancel, and can I return dispensed medicine?
The product describes account controls, while the refund policy directs cancellation by email; the applicable method and exact cutoff need confirmation. Dispensed prescriptions are nonreturnable, and sales become final once handed to the carrier. Stopping future subscription charges, receiving a nonapproval refund and changing your mind after dispensing are different situations. No numerical notice period is established here.

Which pharmacy fills the prescription, and can I request another?
The product describes US-licensed 503A pharmacies without naming your assigned facility. That is a seller disclosure, not independent facility verification. Terms permit requesting your own pharmacy before ordering, but do not guarantee a particular dispenser or that an outside pharmacy will match the package price.
Does the delivery estimate start at payment, and is every location eligible?
Free expedited shipping is advertised, with shipment estimated three to five days after approval, not arrival three to five days after payment. The October 2026 all-50-state shipping statement is the seller's claim. Confirm suitability, prescribing and fulfillment for your treatment and location; that statement alone does not guarantee eligibility.
