The homepage sells peptides "from $161/mo". The cheapest item on the peptide page is $215.10, and the two products that advertisement names are both $267.30.

The verdict
ElitePhysiqMD publishes the deepest peptide price list on any board here — eighteen individually priced items, from kisspeptin at $215.10 a month to MOTS-C at $337.50, with sermorelin, NAD+, BPC-157, BPC-157+TB500, CJC-1295+Ipamorelin, tesamorelin, GHK-Cu, glutathione, PT-141 and epithalon all carrying real numbers instead of "call for pricing". It names its medical director (Hridayesh Nat, MD), is LegitScript certified, commits in writing to US-based 503A/503B pharmacies, and states plainly that compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Two things complicate that. Every displayed price is already 10% off for enrolling in a recurring subscription, so the one-time rate is higher and never shown — sermorelin's undiscounted figure works out at about $297 a month. And the domain you searched for is not the one you land on: elitephysiqmd.com issues a 301 redirect to myepmd.com, with no explanation at either end.

What you actually pay, month to month
$267.30 a month for sermorelin or NAD+ — the two products the $161 advertisement names by name. The floor across the whole peptide menu is $215.10 (kisspeptin), so the advertised entry price is not achievable on any product at all. Those figures are also subscribe-and-save rates: with the site-wide 10% subscription discount removed, sermorelin works out at about $297 a month.
The commitment trap
Two levers, stacked. The homepage's "from $161/mo" matches nothing on the peptide menu — the floor there is $215.10 and the named products are $267.30, a 66% gap between the advertised entry price and the real price of the exact products advertised. Separately, every figure on that menu is already 10% discounted under a site-wide "Subscribe & Save 10% on ALL Programs" banner, so the one-time price is higher and is never printed beside it.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The cheapest item on the entire menu is kisspeptin at $215.10 a month, and the two products named in that advertisement — NAD+ and sermorelin — are both $267.30. Read this before you buy
A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
