BPC-157 Dosage Calculator

BPC-157 is worked out in micrograms while syringes are marked in hundredths of a millilitre, so the numbers land in an awkward place: a typical draw is only a handful of unit marks, and one mark is a large fraction of it. The way out is to know how many micrograms a single mark carries at your concentration — which is the first thing this tool shows you.

It is the same engine as the general peptide calculator, set to micrograms. It converts what you type. It does not propose an amount, and there is no established human dose for BPC-157 for it to propose.

The shortcut worth memorising is the second line. Once you know that a 5 mg vial in 2 mL gives 25 mcg per mark, every conversion afterwards is a single division you can do in your head — and a figure that does not come out near a whole mark is a signal to re-check something.

A 5 mg vial mixed with 2 mL, working out 250 mcg

Frequently asked questions

How do you calculate BPC-157 units on an insulin syringe?
Divide the vial's mg by the bacteriostatic water in mL for the concentration, convert the amount you are working out from micrograms to milligrams by dividing by 1000, divide that by the concentration for the volume in mL, then multiply by 100 for U-100 units. Example: a 5 mg vial in 2 mL is 2.5 mg/mL; 250 mcg is 0.25 mg, which is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units.
How many units is 250 mcg of BPC-157?
It depends entirely on the concentration, and any source that answers without one is wrong. From a 5 mg vial in 2 mL (2.5 mg/mL) it is 10 units. From the same vial in 1 mL (5 mg/mL) it is 5 units. From a 10 mg vial in 2 mL (5 mg/mL) it is also 5 units. Units measure volume, not mass, so the concentration always comes first.
How many micrograms does one unit mark carry?
Take the concentration in mcg/mL and divide by 100. A 5 mg vial in 2 mL is 2500 mcg/mL, so one mark is 25 mcg. The same vial in 1 mL is 5000 mcg/mL, so one mark is 50 mcg. Working in mcg per mark is the fastest sanity check there is — if the figure you were given is not a whole number of marks, the water volume was probably chosen without thinking about it.
Does the water volume change how many draws a BPC-157 vial gives?
No. The vial holds a fixed mass, so draws per vial is vial mg divided by the amount in mg regardless of water. A 5 mg vial worked out at 250 mcg gives 20 draws whether it was mixed with 1 mL or 3 mL. What water changes is where each draw lands on the barrel, and therefore how easy it is to read accurately.
Is BPC-157 approved or safe?
BPC-157 is not an FDA-approved drug for any use in humans. Its evidence base is overwhelmingly rodent work, there is no robust human trial supporting the healing claims made for it, and it is sold through a grey market where the contents of a vial have not been verified by anyone. It is also a compliance risk in tested sport. This calculator converts units; it makes no claim that BPC-157 works or is safe.
