A shorter commitment is now available. MadeMed has replaced its quarter-only sermorelin offer with a thirty-day option and clearly labeled longer billing cycles. The product includes injection supplies, clinician messaging and shipping, while the consultation fee is listed separately. An IGF-1 result is still required, and the published ten-state exclusion list remains. Its latest terms identify MDI Medical Group PC and four pharmacy partners. Before paying, reconcile the refund messages: the product page keeps the consultation charge if prescribing is declined, while the general how-it-works page promises a full payment refund. The returns policy supports retaining a completed consultation fee and does not offer prorated subscription refunds. The cheapest equivalent requires paying for a 360-day cycle, so compare the full commitment rather than only the rounded monthly figure.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Ten states excluded for this injection. Injectable sermorelin excludes Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, South Carolina and Virginia. This product-specific restriction takes precedence over general nationwide marketing.

A 360-day term is not a calendar year. Consultation is separately $20 asynchronously or $30 by video; confirm the total due and whether that fee repeats.
Does a longer payment mean one shipment each month?
For sermorelin and NAD+, the table lists one shipment per 30- or 90-day charge and four for the 360-day term. GLP-1 products have different shipment patterns. Confirm your prescribed quantity, storage requirements and shipment dates. Micro-syringes, alcohol pads and a guide are listed, but a complete reconstitution kit and vial payload are not established.
Is IGF-1 testing included, and will I need later tests?
Sermorelin requires IGF-1 testing; results from the previous six months may be accepted, including CLIA-certified-lab results. New test cost and a complete monitoring schedule are not published. NAD+ separately requires a CMP. Its listed concentration and 500/1,000 mg options do not establish a 1,000 mg monthly entitlement. Ask which tests your clinician needs and who pays.
What is refunded after a declined prescription or cancellation?
If the clinician declines prescribing, the product FAQ promises the medication charge back and retains the consultation fee; the general how-it-works page more broadly promises full payment back. Completed consultations are nonrefundable, and dispensed medication sales are final. Subscription cancellation through the portal or email takes effect at paid-period end without proration; confirm the renewal cutoff. Cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours ahead. Report damaged, wrong or lost orders within seven days; replacement or product refund is discretionary. These shipping remedies are separate from ordinary cancellation and clinical decline.
Does NAD+ have the same price and supply terms?
NAD+ has its own charges: $149 every 30 days, $402 every 90 days or $1,430 every 360 days, plus the separately listed consultation fee. It is a separate prescription, not an equivalent sermorelin dose or benefit. GLP-1 injection and tablet offers also have their own terms; neither their prices nor their shipment counts establish what a sermorelin or NAD+ order contains.
Who provides care, and can injectable sermorelin reach my state?
MDI Medical Group PC provides care; IDL Health LLC d/b/a MadeMed operates the platform. Absolute RX, Strive, ERX Hub and Southend are network possibilities, not your assigned dispenser. The 503A description is the seller’s disclosure, not independent facility verification. Injectable sermorelin excludes Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, South Carolina and Virginia.
