The longest plan covers 48 weeks, not 52. At the shortest terms, the recurring charges average about $358 for tirzepatide and $271 for semaglutide per calendar month; the longest terms average about $304 and $230. These are calculated budgeting equivalents, not monthly invoices. Delivery is advertised every four weeks; that does not change the selected billing term.

The product tiles advertise $50 off a shortest-term order or $100 off a longer order as first-order reductions. Those savings do not establish a permanent renewal discount. Confirm the exact first charge and subsequent term charge before paying, and do not subtract a promotion twice. Enhance advertises the same price at all prescribed doses, but that is not a dose entitlement: a clinician decides the prescription, and the price promise does not establish a fixed milligram quantity.

Yes. The published process requires baseline Quest Diagnostics testing, including a comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP), TSH, lipids and HbA1c, before the initial video evaluation. Metabolic monitoring every six months is advertised as included, alongside ongoing provider care. That does not establish that every patient-specific testing arrangement is free or that a fixed number of private follow-up visits is included. Confirm any additional tests or outside-lab charges with the care team before paying.

If a clinician finds you ineligible during onboarding, Enhance describes a full refund of the initial payment. That protection does not promise treatment success. Support can pause or cancel future renewal, but the precise advance-notice deadline and reimbursement of unused prepaid weeks remain unresolved in the published terms reviewed in October 2026. The FAQ describes general 28-day automatic renewal, while product cards specify 12, 24 and 48-week billing for longer plans; confirm your selected plan’s next charge. Prescription returns are refused. A stated 5–10-business-day refund-processing time does not itself establish eligibility for a refund.
