That single sentence is worth more than a lower headline from a provider who will not commit to it, because dose-tiered pricing is how a $199 starter rate quietly becomes $399 by month four. Enhance MD also bundles metabolic labs at Quest into onboarding and includes ongoing provider care. What you pay for that is among the highest real rates on either ranking — $329 every four weeks for tirzepatide, which works out to about $358 per calendar month, and $249 for semaglutide — and, as everywhere else in this category, the number the homepage advertises is not that rate.

What you actually pay, month to month
About $358 per calendar month for tirzepatide: the $329 sticker is charged every four weeks, which is 13 charges a year, not 12. Even the "$280/month" twelve-month tier is $3,360 billed every 48 weeks — about $304 per calendar month. Semaglutide runs $249 at the shortest term on the same week-based cycle.
The commitment trap
Week-based billing sold in month language: every tier's "/mo" figure divides a 4-week charge into a calendar month, understating the real cost by roughly 8.7%. The advertised "$280/month" additionally requires a $3,360 prepay covering 48 weeks — about $304 per real calendar month, a far smaller saving than the $280-vs-$329 framing implies.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The part they would rather you skipped
Every price on the site is billed on 4-week cycles but written as "/mo" — thirteen charges a year sold in the language of twelve, so even the honest-looking $329 sticker really costs about $358 a calendar month. The advertised $280 stacks a $3,360 forty-eight-week prepay on top. It is disappointing precisely because Enhance MD did not need it: a written "Same Pricing — All Doses" policy, three named LegitScript pharmacies, bundled Quest labs and a published state list are four genuine differentiators a truthful cadence would have sold on their own.
- The advertised $280/month requires a 12-month prepay plus a first-order promo code
- Among the highest true month-to-month prices on either GLP-1 ranking
- A cheaper $169–$189 microdosing line is a different product, not a discount on the main one
- Three pharmacies are named but no 503A/503B designation is published for any of them

Read this before you buy
