The verdict
Most providers on these boards leave you to work out whether the price holds when your dose goes up. Enhance MD writes the answer down: "Same Pricing — All Doses". That single sentence is worth more than a lower headline from a provider who will not commit to it, because dose-tiered pricing is how a $199 starter rate quietly becomes $399 by month four. Enhance MD also bundles metabolic labs at Quest into onboarding and includes ongoing provider care. What you pay for that is the highest true month-to-month rate on either board — $329 for tirzepatide, $249 for semaglutide — and, as everywhere else in this category, the number the homepage advertises is not that rate.

The commitment trap
The advertised "$280/month" is the twelve-month prepay tier stacked with a first-order promo code — 18% below the real recurring rate of $329. The promo discounts the first order only, so it flatters the first month and nothing after it.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
The homepage advertises $280/month for a product whose real recurring price is $329 — an 18% gap produced by stacking a twelve-month prepayment with a promo code that only discounts the first order. That is the same headline mechanic as every other provider on these boards, and it is disappointing precisely because Enhance MD did not need it: a written "Same Pricing — All Doses" policy, three named LegitScript pharmacies, bundled Quest labs and a published state list are four genuine differentiators that a truthful headline would have sold on their own. Watch the cheaper entry product too — a microdosing tirzepatide line at $169–$189/mo is a different product from the $329 one, not a discount on it. The medication is compounded and therefore not an FDA-approved finished product.

Read this before you buy
