That is a clean structure. Two things need saying plainly. The product is Sermorelin ODT, an oral tablet: there is no sermorelin injection in the catalogue despite how the brand is often described. And the terms of service are about two thousand characters long and contain no refund policy, no cancellation policy, no auto-renewal terms and no list of states — on a site that takes your payment before a clinician reviews you.

Treat those two as observed in the page's configuration, not as terms the company has committed to.

The terms of service run to roughly two thousand characters and contain no refund terms, no cancellation terms, no auto-renewal terms and no state list. There is also a content error worth knowing about before you trust the page: the Sermorelin ODT listing, an oral tablet, describes "weekly self-administered subcutaneous injections" in its own overview, copy left over from a GLP-1 template. The brand is fronted by a board-certified plastic surgeon, which is not the specialty most closely associated with endocrine prescribing.
