The verdict
RxSpan MD publishes a real monthly rate for sermorelin — $179 a month, with 3-, 6- and 12-month plans down to $142 offered as alternatives rather than as the headline — and states that the price includes the consult, the medication, supplies, shipping and support. That is a clean structure. Two things need saying plainly. The product is Sermorelin ODT, an oral tablet: there is no sermorelin injection in the catalog despite how the brand is often described. And the terms of service are about two thousand characters long and contain no refund policy, no cancellation policy, no auto-renewal terms and no list of states — on a site that takes your payment before a clinician reviews you.

The commitment trap
Not in the sticker, but in what is unstated. The plan chooser now says "Cancel or change plans anytime", but no refund terms are published anywhere, and the page's own embedded configuration is set to a four-week billing interval — thirteen charges a year rather than twelve — and an $80 initial visit price, neither of which appears in any published copy. Treat those two as observed in the page's configuration, not as terms the company has committed to.

The pharmacy
Named in a collapsed homepage FAQ — Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx, with phone numbers — while the Terms, read alone, say only that medications "may be fulfilled by licensed pharmacies". Those four are byte-identical CareValidate boilerplate shared with Breeze Meds, Synergy Rx and Bodybuilding Health+, so the disclosure is real and is not independent evidence about RxSpan MD. No 503A or 503B designation is given for any of them, and a LegitScript checker link sits in the footer.
Oversight
Unlimited appointments and messaging, described as included.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
You pay before anyone clinical looks at you — the site's own copy says a provider reviews your information after checkout and a prescription is not guaranteed — and there is no published refund or cancellation policy to fall back on if the answer is no. The terms of service run to roughly two thousand characters and contain no refund terms, no cancellation terms, no auto-renewal terms and no state list.

Read this before you buy
A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
