The verdict
Strut Health is one of very few providers that gives you a real format choice — injectable sermorelin or an oral/sublingual version — with a free online MD visit, free follow-up care and free shipping bundled in. The pricing page, though, has exactly one control on it: an auto-refill option at "starting at $119" with "save 18%" beside it. There is no one-time-purchase price anywhere on the page, so the number you would pay without subscribing is simply not published, and Strut also states that final pricing is determined after the consultation. The larger issue is trust: in February 2026 the FDA sent Strut Health a warning letter over compounded drug labelling and marketing claims.

The commitment trap
The advertised price exists only inside a subscription. The page's single pricing option is auto-refill, so "starting at $119" is not what a one-off buyer pays — and what a one-off buyer pays is nowhere on the site. Strut also states that all prescriptions require a completed online consultation "prior to approval and final pricing is determined", so the figure on the page is not guaranteed at checkout either.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it
Not published on the product page. Strut's support centre says it ships to every state except Arkansas, but that article dates from 2024 and carries its own caveat that certain medications may not be available in all states — so treat it as stale and confirm.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
The FDA sent Strut Health LLC a warning letter dated 20 February 2026. The agency's finding was that Strut's compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products carried labels identifying "Strut" as though Strut compounded them when it does not, and that marketing claims such as "generic Zepbound, Mounjaro" implied the products had been FDA-approved or evaluated for safety and effectiveness when they had not. The products were ruled misbranded, and the letter warned of seizure and injunction if the violations were not addressed. The letter names GLP-1 products rather than sermorelin — but its core complaint is that Strut put its own name on drugs it did not compound and would not identify who did, and that goes to the whole catalogue.

Read this before you buy
A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
