On tirzepatide, yourEra does the thing this site rewards: it prints one number, $169 a month, and states in its own copy that there are no long-term contracts and you can pause or cancel at any time. We looked for the usual lever — a prepay tier, an auto-refill enrollment, a first-month teaser — and did not find one. The semaglutide side is a different story. There, the only figure published anywhere is a "from $99/mo" line on the homepage, every product link routes back to that same teaser, and no tier page exists to say what $99 actually buys. Two products, two very different standards of disclosure, from one company.

The pharmacies are described only as "state-licensed" and never named, no per-state availability is enumerated, and everything sold is compounded — not an FDA-approved finished product. To its credit, the site says that last part itself, naming Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound and stating plainly that its products are not the same drugs.
