The refill cycle is four weeks. Sermorelin and each of the three NAD+ formats advertise $99.50 for the first cycle, then $199. The pharmacy network is now named in the terms.

The verdict
The refill cycle is four weeks. Luvo makes the introductory and continuing prices visible on its sermorelin and NAD+ pages, and the broader pricing page includes clinician review, medication, shipping and support. It now names four pharmacy partners, correcting an earlier disclosure gap. The refund wording still deserves care: one sentence defines an order as a prescription sent to a pharmacy, while the next says new patients without a video visit are generally treated as ordered when they submit an intake. The FAQ separately says ineligible patients are not charged for prescription medication, though a disclosed review fee may apply. Confirm when your prescription becomes nonrefundable and cancel before renewal processing starts. No fixed lab allowance or precise milligram supply is published for these plans.

The part they would rather you skipped
The order cutoff needs clarification. The refund policy links nonrefundability both to pharmacy transmission and, for some new patients, to intake submission. Completed clinical reviews are nonrefundable, and bundle refunds use the non-discounted rate for treatment already received. Ask how those rules apply before paying.

When does cancellation need to reach Luvo?

Confirm the processing date and that your account shows cancellation, rather than relying only on the nominal renewal date. General four-to-twenty-four-week longevity plans do not establish a product-specific longer total or selected renewal charge. When is an order nonrefundable, and what if I am ineligible?
The refund policy first links ordering to prescription issuance or pharmacy transmission, then generally to intake submission for new patients without video visits. Ask which cutoff applies. The FAQ separately says ineligible patients are not charged for prescription medication, though a disclosed professional review fee may apply. Completed clinical services are retained, and bundle refunds use undiscounted rates for treatment already received. In the October 2026 pricing information, hormone and testosterone programs are marked coming soon. The broader longevity range of $145–$199 includes other products, so the four reviewed $199 treatments are not the whole catalog. A general range does not establish a current product-specific quote or make a coming-soon program available for enrollment.
