The verdict
Embody makes the entry and ongoing prices unusually easy to compare: compounded NAD+ injections or nasal spray and compounded sermorelin injections each advertise $49 for the first month, then $99 a month. The visit and prescription are included, shipping is free, and the NAD+ page says there is no membership fee. Those are useful buying details, but the refund policy deserves equal attention. Canceling requires at least 72 hours before the next billing date; stopping future renewals does not return payments already made. Even medical disqualification is not an unconditional full refund: the policy deducts services already delivered, including a provider review. That qualification is more restrictive than the sermorelin page’s brief refund-if-ineligible promise suggests. Embody identifies its operating company and several pharmacy partners in its terms, but does not assign a specific dispenser or facility classification to your order. The remaining practical questions are what quantity your prescription includes, how long it lasts and which pharmacy fills it. The advertised anti-aging and recovery benefits should be considered separately from the price: a provider’s promotional claims do not establish that a compounded treatment produces those outcomes.

The terms name Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy in St. George, Health Warehouse in Florence, Precision Medicine in Bellmore and Triad Rx in Daphne. That is a named network, not an order-specific dispenser. The pages do not specify which facility or regulatory classification applies to your prescription; FDA-registration wording does not mean the product is FDA-approved.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The terms say services are available in certain states and direct readers to support for the current list. A clinician must be licensed where you are located; confirm availability for the particular NAD+ or sermorelin prescription rather than assuming nationwide access.

The product page’s short refund-if-ineligible message leaves out an important financial detail: the linked policy subtracts used services, including clinical review, from a medical-disqualification refund. Cancellation also needs 72 hours before renewal. Read those conditions before treating $49 as a risk-free trial.

What quantity does the advertised price buy?
NAD+ injections advertise 500–1000 mg, but do not map each price to an exact quantity and supply duration. The sermorelin vial size is unspecified. Equal injection and nasal prices do not establish equivalent exposure, benefit or a dose entitlement. Confirm the quantity, prescription duration and equipment inventory for the selected product.
When must I cancel, and will that return unshipped months?
Cancel through support or the portal at least 72 hours before billing to stop future charges. Existing payments are final under the ordinary policy. Multi-month or bundled unused and even unshipped portions are not ordinarily refundable. Canceling renewal does not reverse existing payments or make the introductory month a risk-free trial; medical disqualification has separate conditions.
Is a medical-disqualification refund the full amount paid?
Not necessarily. The policy refunds the unused portion after deducting delivered clinical review, consultations, prescriptions, labs and medication. A completed review can therefore be retained even when you cannot proceed. This qualifies the product page’s brief refund-if-ineligible wording. For damaged or wrong products, the policy provides replacement-only remedies, separate from medical disqualification and ordinary changes of mind.
Are bloodwork, visits and prescriber messages included?
The sermorelin page says no bloodwork is needed to begin, and includes an online visit, prescription and unlimited prescribing-physician messages and follow-ups. That does not establish that later tests are unnecessary or included, or promise fixed appointments or immediate replies. NAD+ separately advertises nursing support. Free shipping and one-to-two-day delivery marketing do not guarantee the total time from application to arrival.
