Eden’s advertised starting first month totals $165. That is $126 for sermorelin medication plus a required $39 membership; membership renews at $99 a month, and the product page does not establish the next medication charge. Both injection and sublingual ODT formats are offered, but they should not be assumed interchangeable in dose or absorption. The injection page lists a 5 mL, 10 mg vial and home kit without connecting that quantity to a prescribed daily dose or treatment duration. Membership includes access to consultations and prescription management, subject to clinical availability. Its terms require cancellation confirmation at least 48 hours before renewal and refund the initial $39 membership fee if the first evaluation results in no prescription. "Starting at $126 first month" for sermorelin injection, and the same figure for the ODT. The selected complete treatment total remains unconfirmed.
What you actually pay, month to month
Renewal is $99 membership plus unpriced medication. The advertised starting figures add to $165 for month one ($126 medication + $39 membership). The product page does not establish the medication charge from month two. The selected complete recurring treatment total remains unconfirmed.
The commitment trap
Two mechanisms stacked. The $126 is a first-month rate, and Eden's own footnote says the price "includes medication only" and that "an active Eden Membership is required ($39 for the first month, auto-renews at $99/month thereafter)" and that "medication is not available without a membership." The renewal medication price is absent from the page, so the advertised number cannot be turned into an annual cost by anyone outside the company.
Money you will meet later
- Eden Membership: $39 first month, then $99/month, required to buy the medication at all
- A prescription is not guaranteed, but the Terms promise a full refund of the initial $39 membership fee if the initial evaluation results in no prescription. Approved refunds may take up to 30 days after verification.
- Eden's "same price at every dose" guarantee carries its own carve-out for promotional periods
- Cancel membership in the account or through support, with confirmation at least 48 hours before renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends; partial periods are not refunded.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight
The pharmacy
Named, but on the About page rather than the product page. On the product pages Eden says only that medication is "delivered from a state licensed pharmacy in our network" and "compounded in the U.S.A.", with third-party potency and sterility testing claimed. Eden's About page is where the disclosure actually lives: a block headed "Partner pharmacy information" naming GoGoMeds (525 Alexandria Pike, Southgate KY 41071), Precision (2640 Merrick Rd, Bellmore NY 11710), Enovex (1111 N. Brand Blvd, Glendale CA) and AbsolutePharmacy, above the line "Quality-audited & US-licensed 503A pharmacies". Eden also links its own Eden Pharmacy from the site footer. The criticism that survives is placement, not absence — a buyer who reads the product page and the FAQ never reaches any of it.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it
Product-specific state coverage is not published. Eden’s About page says its pharmacy and provider network together serves all 50 states and Washington, DC; confirm eligibility for the prescribed treatment.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
Eden received an FDA warning letter dated June 2026. It concerned the company’s marketing of compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, including labels suggesting Eden was the compounder and claims that sources were FDA-licensed facilities. The letter did not concern sermorelin. The current sermorelin page’s pharmacy wording does not establish whether FDA considers the earlier issues resolved.

Why does Eden’s advertised first month total $165 instead of $126?
The October 2026 offer separates $126 starting medication from a required $39 initial membership, which adds to $165 for the advertised first month. Membership then renews at $99/month, but the renewal medication charge is not established on the product page. The $99 is therefore not a complete month-two treatment price. These are starting advertised components rather than a verified personal bill, and the same-price-at-every-dose wording has a promotional-period exception. Confirm the ongoing drug charge and membership together before budgeting for a longer term.

Do the vial quantity and ODT offer establish the same treatment supply?
The injection page lists a 5 mL vial containing 10 mg plus a home kit. Prescribed treatment days remain unknown because the listing does not connect that quantity to a personal dosing plan. The separate orally disintegrating tablet, or ODT, has its own first-month medication offer and sublingual route. ODT and injection are not interchangeable in dose or absorption on the strength of those advertisements. Confirm the formulation, quantity, prescribed supply duration and handling instructions for the actual prescription; neither a vial volume nor a matching headline establishes equivalent treatment.

When does membership cancellation take effect?
The terms require cancellation confirmation at least 48 hours before renewal, through the account or support. Access continues until the paid period ends, and partial-period membership refunds are not provided under the ordinary cancellation rules. Canceling membership therefore differs from recovering a charge for medication already supplied or canceling an existing medication order. Consultation and prescription-renewal access ends after the paid period; rejoining may require another intake. Retain confirmation and ask which renewal has stopped instead of assuming that submitting a request immediately reverses every charge.
What if the first evaluation produces no prescription or prepaid treatment becomes unavailable?
If the initial evaluation results in no prescription, the terms promise a refund of the initial $39 membership fee. That specific protection does not establish a refund of every later membership or medication charge. The terms separately allow verified billing-error refunds and a prorated remedy for the unshipped medication component when the network cannot fulfill a prepaid treatment because it becomes unavailable. Membership follows separate rules. Approved refunds may take up to 30 days after verification. Voluntary cancellation, initial denial and unavailable prepaid treatment should therefore be assessed under their respective provisions.
Who dispenses, and does nationwide coverage include every treatment?
Eden’s About page names GoGoMeds, Precision, Enovex and AbsolutePharmacy and describes a 503A pharmacy network. Those are Eden’s disclosures and classification claim, not verification of the facility assigned to your prescription. Its broader provider-and-pharmacy network is advertised as serving all 50 states and Washington, DC; that does not establish sermorelin-specific eligibility or every formulation’s shipping coverage. Confirm the actual dispensing pharmacy and eligibility for the prescribed product. A general network statement cannot settle either point for an individual patient.

What care and testing does membership actually fund?
Membership provides access to consultations, secure care-team messaging and prescription management, subject to clinical availability. The reviewed public pages do not establish an included universal lab panel, a fixed appointment cadence, a dedicated coach or scheduled dietitian care. Unpublished lab requirements do not prove that testing will be unnecessary; confirm required assessment, monitoring and any separate cost with the clinician. Eden’s June 2026 FDA letter concerned semaglutide and tirzepatide marketing and pharmacy-authorization claims, not sermorelin. It does not establish the current disposition of those issues or validate a particular care plan.
