The practical comparison is the selected prescription and recurring agreement, not one universal price for the brand. Its product pages advertise cancellation flexibility and no laboratory fee for those offers, while linked legal pages contain advance cancellation rules and some-program testing charges. Confirm which terms apply, the actual vial and supply, and the assigned clinician and pharmacy before paying. Published state exclusions also matter; broad pharmacy-category marketing does not establish a dispenser or every-product availability.

The commitment trap

No separate membership fee does not mean no recurring billing. Product cancel-anytime language links to legal terms with advance notice and prepared-medication finality; confirm the scope of the agreement before relying on a refund.

Money you will meet later

  • A separate NAD+ offer still displays $105 first month then $155/month on twelve-month prepayment, with other longer tiers; its monthly option is $196 initially then $246. That route's term billing and two-month shipments are not the current $129 monthly product offer.
  • The linked GLP-1 subscription section requires cancellation at least five business days before renewal through the dashboard, email or phone. It explicitly describes GLP-1 medication, so confirm its scope for a peptide or legacy prepaid order rather than assuming one deadline governs every purchase.
  • Current peptide pages state no laboratory fee or separate consultation/prescribing fee. Linked terms describe a $100 initial lab fee for some programs, included if proceeding but retained if stopping after testing. Ask which testing, optional services or expedited delivery can add cost to your selected program.
  • The homepage separately advertises TRT from $191/month, with a $100 second-payment increase on three-, six- and twelve-month plans. Branded Zepbound uses a separate LillyDirect medication payment plus a $100/month Brightmeds service; neither is the peptide-plan price.
  • Promotional price lock in linked subscription terms requires the plan to remain continuously active. Stopping or interrupting it can lose the promotional rate; no universal future dose-and-quantity total is confirmed.

Monthly auto-renewal and final prepared medication orders can remain payable even when a page advertises cancellation flexibility.

Ask which offer and recurring agreement you are buying, its total charge, supplied quantity and shipment schedule. Do not combine the cheapest number from one route with the cancellation terms of another.

What does the current sermorelin plan include?

The page advertises prescribed medication, evaluation, clinician follow-up, dosing guidance, ongoing support and standard delivery without a separate consultation or membership fee. Exact vial amount, concentration, injection kit and required testing still need confirmation. The published bundle does not guarantee a prescription, outcome or unlimited scheduled appointments.

How do I stop automatic renewal?

The peptide pages describe account or email cancellation. Their linked policy's GLP-1 subscription section asks for at least five business days before renewal through dashboard, email or phone. Confirm the rule for your selected treatment, especially a prepaid offer. Medication already compounded, dispensed or shipped can remain payable even after future renewal stops.

What if clinical review is delayed or treatment is denied?

The linked GLP-1 policy describes a payment hold that can become a charge after five days if review is pending. Denial returns holds or charges; approved refunds have a stated request window and processing estimate. Current peptide pages also advertise a denial refund. Confirm the applicable route and refund amount, particularly if testing has already occurred.

Are labs free, and who provides care and medicine?

No lab fee is required under the current NAD+ and sermorelin offers, but linked terms retain an initial testing charge for some programs. Ask for your required panel and payer. Brightmeds is the platform; named medical networks and pharmacy categories do not identify your actual clinician or dispensing facility. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.

Can I receive treatment in my state?
