What you actually pay, month to month

Sermorelin: $175 standalone or about $155 with Basic. The Basic arithmetic is $130 medication plus $25 membership, with $50 due at signup for the first membership month and a $25 onboarding fee; medication is separate. Basic live lab-review visits cost $75 for men or $100 for women. The overview lists $45 initial labs/consult for Plus or $65 for Premium, then $135 or $155/month plus prescribed medication; confirm the applicable route and full first charge.

The commitment trap

The member medication discount is not a total program price. A standalone asynchronous route exists, Basic excludes live visits, and the marketing page still carries a Premium-tier label. Confirm which pathway you are being offered rather than assuming a universal membership requirement.

Money you will meet later

  • Basic adds a one-time $25 onboarding fee; optional live consultations are separately purchased within 30 days of each lab result.
  • Plus and Premium medication charges are additional, and confirmatory testing may be required for men starting testosterone therapy.
  • The membership and medication have independent billing cycles. Stopping either does not automatically cancel the other.
  • No partial-month membership refunds are offered. Processed or shipped prescriptions cannot be canceled or refunded, and lab fees become non-refundable when a kit ships.
  • Hone does not complete prior authorizations; a local pharmacy or insurance arrangement can carry different medication charges.

Standalone asynchronous care uses an intake reviewed by a Hone-affiliated physician

without a scheduled audio-video encounter. The guide says no charge is collected if the prescription is not approved. Basic does not include live visits; Plus and Premium include physician consultations. Hone’s privacy disclosure separates the platform from independent medical practitioners, without establishing one named prescribing entity for every state.

Labs vary by route; Basic includes six-monthly testing

Basic starts at $50 including its first month and onboarding, with no separate recurring lab charge for those panels. Plus starts with an 8–11-biomarker panel and Premium with 50+ biomarkers; their follow-up testing differs, and confirmatory tests may add cost. and pharmacy. The asynchronous guide says an approved prescription ships within four business days; that is a dispatch statement rather than a four-day delivery guarantee. Orders from different pharmacies may arrive separately.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

The pharmacy

Assigned partner pharmacy varies; no sermorelin facility confirmed. Hone explains that product stock, state shipping rules, prescription type and handling affect pharmacy routing. Its public support material also permits certain local-pharmacy transfers, billed by that pharmacy. A historical testing document or a product catalog is not proof of your current dispenser or a 503A/503B classification. Ask for the facility name and formulation before treatment.

Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and South Carolina are absent from every listed membership program. Other states differ by tier and sex-specific program; asynchronous availability additionally varies by medication. Confirm the exact sermorelin pathway for your location rather than treating this membership table as a product shipping guarantee.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

The storefront’s Premium-tier label is a poor guide to the complete choice: the help center also lists standalone asynchronous sermorelin and Basic access. Basic’s recurring $25 does not include a live consultation, and the cheaper $130 medication is still separate from membership. Cancellation needs equal care: a submitted membership cancellation takes effect at submission under the current policy, but it does not automatically stop a pending pharmacy order.

What would Basic plus sermorelin cost?

The published components give about $155/month: estimated $130 medication plus $25 membership. Basic’s initial $50 includes the first membership month and $25 onboarding, with medicine additional. Optional live consults cost extra.

Are live appointments and labs included?

Does canceling membership stop medication billing?
