Peptide-specific eligibility remains unconfirmed. The FAQ’s general shipping list does not guarantee every medication can be prescribed in each state. Availability also depends on clinician licensing, treatment restrictions and the pharmacy’s ability to ship the selected formulation.

Cancel recurring treatment before the renewal deadline and separately establish whether the current prescription can still be stopped. The terms require at least 48 hours notice before auto-renewal. The refund policy allows prescription-cost refunds in specified circumstances, including cancellation before filling subject to its cancellation policy, while general FAQs treat fulfilled prescriptions as final sale. The FAQ says declined orders are refunded, but the GLP-1 appointment policy describes consultation charges if treatment is unsuitable after an appointment. Ask which provision applies to your selected treatment. Stopping medication for a medical reason does not itself establish an automatic cash refund or cancellation of future billing.
