The verdict

MangoRx has the cleanest pricing mechanics in this batch, and that is not faint praise. Sermorelin is $185.00 a month and NAD+ is $200.00 a month, "Billed monthly. Cancel anytime." The hero price and the plan-card price match exactly. There is no prepay ladder, no struck-through anchor, no first-month rate and no membership underneath — the number you read is the number you pay, which almost nothing else here can say. It also describes sermorelin's mechanism accurately, as a GHRH-pathway agent that stimulates natural release "rather than directly replacing growth hormone", and answers "Is Sermorelin the same as growth hormone?" head-on. The problem is one level down. Across the entire sermorelin product page there is no milligram figure, no vial size and no concentration; the only quantity stated anywhere is "30-day supply".

MangoRx publishes a page titled "Pharmacy Disclaimer", last updated April 2025, whose body is a Consent to Telehealth and which discloses no pharmacy at all. The product pages say only "US-licensed pharmacies". No 503A or 503B language appears anywhere on the site, and no LegitScript seal is displayed.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The part they would rather you skipped

MangoRx will sell you a sermorelin subscription without ever telling you how much sermorelin you get. Across the whole product page there is no milligram figure, no vial size and no concentration — the only quantity stated is "30-day supply". At $185 a month that is the most expensive sermorelin in this batch, and the only one where cost per milligram cannot be calculated at all, because the denominator is simply missing. The page you would open to check the source is titled "Pharmacy Disclaimer" and contains a telehealth consent naming no pharmacy. And the site is fully client-rendered, shipping almost no HTML to anything that does not execute JavaScript, so its prices are invisible to most price-comparison tooling — including ours until we rendered it. Sermorelin and NAD+ are also absent from MangoRx's own footer product list.
