Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Does the $76 NAD+ injection offer provide 1,000 mg every month?
No. The October 2026 injection page labels 1,000 mg as a quarterly supply and $76 as the first-month offer. The struck-through $126 does not establish the next charge or the quarter's total. Supply duration, payment schedule and your prescribed monthly amount are separate; confirm the complete billing agreement rather than treating the quarterly quantity as a monthly allowance.
Why does NAD+ nasal spray show a different price?
The homepage nasal card shows $76 for the first month beside $126, while the dedicated nasal page shows $129/month and a quarterly supply of 300 mg/mL × 15 mL. These offers remain inconsistent. Confirm the selected route, total charge and refill schedule. The concentration and prices do not make nasal spray and injections equivalent in exposure or benefit, or establish a dose for you.
Is sermorelin billed on the same basis as NAD+?
Its pricing needs separate clarification. October 2026 pages show a quarterly 9 mg sermorelin supply at $99/month, a billing FAQ stating $109 first month then $219/month, and a homepage card at $129/month. Those unresolved offers do not establish one comparable ongoing charge. Ask for the sermorelin-specific quantity, payment schedule and renewal amount; NAD+ prices do not resolve them.
When must I cancel, and are ordered prescriptions refundable?
The FAQ directs email cancellation and makes already-ordered prescriptions nonrefundable. Terms describe cancellation before pharmacy transmission and final sales after processing and shipping. Confirm the practical cutoff in writing; self-service cancellation is described as forthcoming. Separately, report delivery problems within seven days for damaged or incorrect orders. That remedy does not establish a general medicine-return right.
Are labs, clinician follow-ups and an injection kit included?
Baseline testing depends on the therapy; local testing can be coordinated, but a lab price is not published. Ongoing monitoring and clinician contact are advertised without a fixed appointment schedule or immediate-response promise. An administration kit is advertised, without a complete inventory or item quantities. Confirm required tests, their charges and the supplies for your prescription.
Who treats and dispenses, and is two-day delivery available everywhere?
