The pricing is the problem. The store charges $229 per four weeks for NAD+ and for sermorelin, the homepage repeats $229 with a per-month label, and the brand's own peptide page prices the same sermorelin at $175 and NAD+ at $199. You are also charged when you finish the intake, before a clinician has decided anything.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The part they would rather you skipped
The same brand prices sermorelin three ways on three of its own pages — $229 per four weeks in the store, $229 under a per-month label on the homepage, and $175 on its peptide sub-brand page — and does the same to NAD+ and to the B12 lipotropic. On the weight-loss side the gap is wider still: the marketing homepage advertises tirzepatide from $169 a month while the store charges $339 per four weeks.
