A recurring monthly invoice is not established. The published BPC-157 example totals $134 per order: $80 vial, $39 medical review and $15 shipping. Its displayed standard regimen lasts five weeks. NAD+ starts at $100 for one vial over 46 days; the higher displayed variant is $200 for two vials over 46 days, before order fees. Your prescription and refill order determine the actual bill.
The commitment trap
A vial price is not the full order total or a monthly subscription rate. The $39 review covers up to three different peptides on one order, and $15 shipping covers that order; do not add either fee separately to every item in a shared order.

The current about, FAQ and quality pages describe an unnamed licensed Texas 503A compounding pharmacy. They attribute batch testing to Eagle Analytical and publish report and inspection links. Those merchant disclosures do not independently verify the facility category, report contents or your assigned dispenser. Request the actual pharmacy’s name and applicable policies before paying.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The $39 medical review becomes nonrefundable once review begins, including if treatment is declined, modified or needs more information. Cancellation before review may be approved for a refund. Medication and shipping are billed separately by the pharmacy, and RxPepsDirect cannot refund those payments. Medication generally cannot be returned after dispensing, subject to applicable law and pharmacy policy. Confirm the dispenser and its terms before committing.
