Nouri's telehealth program has closed

Nouri now publishes free calculators, cost guides and comparisons. Its homepage and FAQ say it accepts no patients, sells no medication and has no treating clinicians or pharmacy. Older treatment and refund pages remain online, so former customers need the terms that applied to their own purchase.

The verdict

Nouri's telehealth program has closed, and its current site describes an independent educational publisher rather than an available treatment service. This review is useful for understanding that change and the older policies a former patient may need; it is not a route to a new Nouri prescription. Prices in its current comparisons belong to other companies, and an editorial medical reviewer is not a treating clinician. Residual healthcare-platform terms and an older refund page do not overturn the explicit closure announcement or establish that past charges and care obligations have been resolved.

  • You expect its former entry prices or 30-day guarantee to be an offer for new patients today
  • You need a confirmed medical-records custodian or resolution of a prior order simply from reading the publisher's FAQ

Historical costs

Previously advertised

Nouri has no current treatment plan for sale. Its calculators, guides and comparisons are free. The former $120 semaglutide and $175 tirzepatide entry figures are historical; prices now shown for other companies are not Nouri medication offers.

Previously listed costs

Nouri no longer sells treatment plans. There is no new Nouri monthly medication charge to compare. The FAQ says there are no plans or subscriptions to buy; this does not establish that a particular former customer's recurring authorization, unused balance or refund has been settled. Check the original agreement and request confirmation for that transaction.

The commitment trap

An older price or guarantee can look like an available offer when treatment pages remain online. The current closure notice controls the enrollment question; a legacy refund policy may still matter to an old purchase without creating a new prescription service.

Other costs previously listed

  • The legacy June 2026 refund page limits its 30-day satisfaction guarantee to first-time members on 3- and 6-month plans, once per person or household. It requires completed intake and an initial consultation, with a request within 30 days of first delivery. It is a historical policy, not an invitation to enroll now or a guarantee of weight-loss results.
  • That older policy separately permits a full initial cancellation within 48 hours after payment. Later cancellation depends on medication preparation; shipped orders are ordinarily final under that section, subject to its separate satisfaction promise. A former customer should identify which provision and purchase date apply rather than treating all cancellations alike.
  • The remaining platform terms, revised April 2026, describe automatic renewal at the selected interval and cancellation through the contact page, effective at the end of the cycle. They exclude partial or prorated unused-time refunds. The June refund page adds its own promise exception. Neither page confirms whether a particular former subscription remains active or was canceled when the program closed.
  • The legacy refund page describes a full refund after clinical ineligibility and refunds for confirmed duplicate charges or billing errors. Its general request process allows 2–4 business days for review and 5–10 business days for approved processing, while the satisfaction promise states five business days. These different provisions should not be combined into one universal repayment deadline.
  • For an old delivery problem, the published policy calls for damage or temperature concerns within 72 hours, with packaging and vial photos, and missing delivered packages within 24 hours with documentation. It describes verification before a damage remedy and possible theft documentation. These are the old policy's reporting windows, not proof of a current shipment or an automatic refund in every case.

Clinician consult

Nouri is not offering clinical consultations

Its FAQ says it has no treating clinicians and does not arrange prescriptions. The former Wasef Health, PC relationship belongs to the old program; an editorial reviewer checks published material and is not assigned to treat readers. A new assessment must be arranged with an active clinical service.

Bloodwork / labs

No current lab package is offered by Nouri

The closed program does not establish a new testing order, funded panel or repeat-monitoring benefit. Former patients needing results or clarification should ask the actual ordering practice or laboratory about access and any outstanding charges; the publisher's educational tools do not manage those records.

Follow-ups and dose changes

No current Nouri treatment follow-up is offered

The FAQ says there is no patient portal. Previous messaging benefits do not establish ongoing clinical access after closure. If treatment, a refill or monitoring needs attention, contact the prescribing practice rather than assuming an old account or comparison page provides care.

Human support

The current FAQ directs former-patient questions to its published care contact

The contact page also lists a phone number and support hours, but these are company contact details, not confirmed clinical appointments or a records-custodian designation. The FAQ says nutrition and movement plans are no longer provided by Nouri.

Injection supplies

Nouri says it supplies no medication or injection kit

Items for a former prescription, instructions and any missing supplies should be discussed with the actual dispensing pharmacy. A calculator does not identify a vial's concentration, confirm a prescription or replace the pharmacy's individualized instructions.

Shipping

Nouri says it ships nothing now

Historical delivery policies may help explain an earlier order, but they do not establish a new shipping entitlement, refill schedule or current pharmacy service. Keep prior receipts, tracking and correspondence when requesting help with an unresolved shipment.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

The pharmacy

Nouri says it no longer has a pharmacy. Jungle Jim's Pharmacy and VialsRX were associated with the former program and should not be treated as current assignments. For an earlier fill, use the actual prescription label and dispensing record to identify the pharmacy. The publisher's present list of other companies does not transfer an old prescription or establish who holds a former patient's records.

Oversight

No current Nouri treatment follow-up is offered. The FAQ says there is no patient portal. Previous messaging benefits do not establish ongoing clinical access after closure. If treatment, a refill or monitoring needs attention, contact the prescribing practice rather than assuming an old account or comparison page provides care.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it

Nouri is not accepting new patients. Its current state-availability discussion concerns the companies it compares, each with its own clinical and pharmacy arrangements. The old nationwide claim and former pharmacy exceptions do not describe a current Nouri treatment footprint. A comparison listing is not confirmation that another service can prescribe the chosen medication where you are located.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

The clearest closure announcement sits alongside older treatment-oriented pages, including platform terms and a conditional satisfaction policy. That inconsistency can confuse both new readers and former customers. Do not rely on an old signup link or an appealing comparison price as evidence that Nouri still treats patients. For a past payment, obtain the applicable agreement and a specific answer about cancellation, refund and record access; the closure announcement alone does not decide those issues.

  • The telehealth program is closed and offers no new patient care, prescriptions or shipments
  • Older platform and refund pages retain treatment language that differs from the current publisher description
  • Historical prices, clinician relationships and pharmacy coverage are unsuitable for choosing current Nouri treatment
  • The current FAQ does not settle a former patient's individual billing, refund or medical-records question

Questions about Nouri

Can I still sign up for Nouri weight-loss treatment?

No. The current homepage, weight-loss page and FAQ say the former telehealth program has closed and no patients are being accepted. Nouri now describes an educational publishing service with free tools and comparisons. Older treatment language and qualification links remain on some pages, but they do not establish reopened care. The public announcement does not give an exact closure day. Arrange a new assessment through an active licensed practice rather than assuming Nouri can approve a refill.

Are the $120 and $175 prices still available through Nouri?

Those are former Nouri entry prices, not current treatment offers. The present site compares other companies' cash prices and directs treatment decisions to their clinicians. A price beside another company's name belongs to that separate offer, with its own dose, supply, billing and eligibility conditions. Using Nouri's free comparison does not create a Nouri subscription or guarantee that another service will accept you at the displayed rate.

Does Nouri still use Wasef or its former pharmacies?

The current FAQ says Nouri has no treating clinicians, pharmacy or patient portal. Wasef Health, PC and the earlier Jungle Jim's Pharmacy and VialsRX arrangements describe the former program, not present patient assignments. A medical reviewer credited on an educational article is also distinct from your prescriber. For help with an earlier prescription, use the clinician and dispensing pharmacy named in your own treatment documents and medication label.

Does the former 30-day guarantee still mean I get a refund?

The legacy June 2026 page describes a conditional promise for first-time members of 3- and 6-month plans, once per person or household, with a request within 30 days of first delivery after intake and initial consultation. It separately addresses early cancellation, preparation and shipment. That is not an unconditional current offer, and closure does not establish an automatic refund or erase a balance. Keep your receipt and applicable policy, then request a transaction-specific explanation from the company.

Where should former patients ask about orders, care and medical records?

The current FAQ directs former patients to its published care contact for company questions. For clinical instructions, medication concerns or refill needs, contact the actual prescribing practice and dispensing pharmacy from the earlier order. Nouri says it holds no former patient records, but that statement does not identify or independently confirm a records custodian. Ask who retains the relevant record and how to obtain it; an editorial comparison does not resolve record access or continuing-care arrangements.

Do Nouri's calculators and comparisons provide medical treatment?

No. They are educational material and do not evaluate eligibility, choose a prescription or create a clinician relationship. The site discloses commissions on some comparison links, so readers should assess each separate company's agreement and care disclosures. A calculator cannot verify the contents or concentration of a medication you already have. Use the prescription and dispensing instructions for that product and ask the treating clinician or pharmacist to resolve uncertainty.

Read this before you buy
