Lower NiceRx rates require longer prepaid plans
NiceRx advertises compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide with care and delivery included. The semaglutide page separates four-week billing from longer prepaid plans; its October refund policy adds specific protections but requires 72 hours before renewal.

The verdict
NiceRx offers useful detail about plan length, injection supplies, clinical support and the companies involved in care. Its lowest monthly equivalents require a larger prepaid purchase, and the actual billing intervals are expressed in weeks. The newer cancellation policy provides more protection than a blanket final-sale rule, including refunds after medical disqualification and for unshipped months on longer plans. However, its 72-hour notice requirement differs from the older terms. Get the applicable renewal date and refund calculation in writing before choosing a longer commitment.

Semaglutide longer plans charge $299 every 12 weeks, $569 every 24 weeks or $1,075 every 48 weeks; tirzepatide charges $449, $885 or $1,749 for those respective intervals. Longer plans ship every 12 weeks. These are advertised plan charges, not a selected prescription invoice.
The commitment trap
A monthly equivalent is not the amount due today. Longer plans are prepaid, and a $50 first-month new-patient offer is separate from the standing rate. Confirm its application, exact renewal charge and prescribed supply before paying.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Does NiceRx bill every calendar month?
The semaglutide product page labels its short plan monthly but specifies $149 every four weeks. Its longer plans bill every 12, 24 or 48 weeks and require the larger plan payment upfront. A quoted monthly equivalent should be compared with the actual charge, supply and renewal interval. The advertised $50 first-month offer should be confirmed separately.
What care, tests and supplies are included?
The public plan includes evaluation, medication, ongoing management and delivery. The semaglutide kit lists syringes and instructions, and advertises follow-up when needed. Patient laboratory requirements and charges are not specified. Medication potency or sterility testing is a different service from blood tests ordered for your care.
Which companies provide care and fill the prescription?
NiceRx LLC runs the platform. Its terms name Nice Health P.A and Nice Health P.C. as independent medical groups and list six pharmacy options. This disclosure does not identify the prescriber or dispensing facility for your order, or independently establish an active professional or pharmacy license.
Where is NiceRx available and does it take insurance?
The FAQ excludes Alaska, Mississippi, New Jersey and Kansas from general service and says individual medications can have additional restrictions. NiceRx advertises cash-pay care without insurance claims or prior authorizations. Availability of the specific formulation still needs confirmation for your state.
How much notice is needed to cancel a NiceRx renewal?
The October 2026 cancellation policy requires a request at least 72 hours before the next billing date. The April terms instead say two days before processing and permit some early charges. Confirm the applicable date and obtain cancellation confirmation before the earlier deadline.
What refunds apply if I am declined or need to stop?
The newer policy promises a full refund if initially medically unsuitable. It also covers charges after a provider decides you are no longer eligible, and unshipped months on prepaid plans. Voluntary monthly cancellation generally does not refund the current or past period. Its initial 72-hour refund requires no services received. Dispensed medication generally cannot be returned; damage or incorrect medication has a replacement process.
