Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Who are the pharmacy and medical network?
The FAQ names Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina, and MD Integrations as its provider network. Next Vial describes itself as a marketplace; independent providers make clinical decisions. Ask which provider and pharmacy are assigned to your prescription.
Which states are on the published list?
The FAQ’s published list contains 49 states and omits Alaska. Treat that as advertised platform coverage, then confirm your drug, pharmacy and current location are eligible; a list is not a prescription or shipment guarantee.
When am I billed and how do I cancel a refill?
The FAQ says medication is billed when it ships under the selected treatment plan. It says patients are contacted before refilling and can reorder or cancel in the account. The refund policy allows subscription cancellation before products ship. Confirm your actual next charge date and processing cutoff.

Can shipped prescription medication be refunded?
The refund policy says prescription sales are final once the payment method is charged and the package is handed to the carrier. It asks patients to contact support for damaged or lost medication. That assistance is not a general right to return an unwanted dispensed prescription.
