NewSelf's cancellation and refund terms carry the identical fee structure, and much of the identical phrasing, found in RxPros's terms: a $99 administrative fee for a pre-consult cancellation, a $150 reprocessing fee for a post-fulfillment medication change, and a three-month minimum commitment billed at full retail on early cancellation — a strong signal the two differently-branded storefronts run on the same backend platform or shared legal template.

It names its operating entity, NewSelf Limited LLC, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY — an address reported by multiple outlets, including the ICIJ's Pandora Papers coverage, as one of the most heavily used shell-company mail drops in the country, hosting registered-agent filings for roughly 300,000 LLCs. Its refund terms mirror RxPros's almost exactly, down to the dollar figures, and it does not name a specific compounding pharmacy despite claiming "503A State Licensed Pharmacy Partners."

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.
