What happens if I cancel my Nava membership?
Both current membership cards say cancel anytime. The reviewed pages do not explain the refund treatment of a NavaRX program already purchased, medication already ordered or a membership charge already paid. Obtain those terms before paying; cancellation of future membership should not be assumed to refund treatment spending.
Who prescribes and fills a NavaRX prescription?
Nava describes medical review and nutrition consultations, including video care. The reviewed pages do not identify the pharmacy assigned to a particular prescription. Ask for your treating clinician, dispensing pharmacy and exact medication formulation when reviewing the plan; a program fee alone does not identify that care chain.
