What does NexLife cost on monthly and longer plans?
Month-to-month semaglutide is $139 and tirzepatide $169. Three-, six- and twelve-month equivalents are $132/$125/$119 for semaglutide and $159/$149/$139 for tirzepatide. These are public menu prices, not a verified invoice or proof every longer plan is collected upfront.
Can cancellation leave another payment?
Yes. NexLife describes a 30-day effective cancellation period and possibly another billed shipment, with earlier stopping subject to medical-team discretion. Product FAQs promise refunds for unshipped longer-plan months, but general terms restrict refunds once medication is ordered. Obtain the terms for your selected plan.
What if I am not prescribed medication, or the treatment does not work?
The product FAQ promises an authorization refund if no prescription is issued or treatment does not proceed. Its separate outcome guarantee requires 180 active days, continuous prescribed treatment, biweekly weight logs, starting BMI of at least 30 and less than 5% loss, among other conditions. Claims are due on days 181–210; only eligible program fees are refundable, excluding medication.
Are labs, injection supplies and shipping included?
Monthly shipments are advertised, but a complete injection kit, routine lab panel and testing allowance were not established. General terms mentioning ordered platform labs do not show that every GLP-1 patient receives funded testing. Confirm the actual supply and lab quote.
Who provides support and dispenses medication?
Nexlife Medical Group PC is identified separately from the platform. Customer support is advertised 24/7; physicians are available during clinical hours. The disclosed network includes Absolute Pharmacy, Premium Compounding and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store. Your actual dispenser and state eligibility still need confirmation.
What is NexLife’s FDA history, and is its certification independently confirmed?
FDA issued Nexlife Inc. dba Nexlife a June 2026 warning letter, CMS 730096, alleging misleading promotion and misbranding involving compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. This does not establish patient injury or current closure. NexLife’s certification language remains a seller claim; current independent verification was not completed.
