Nirwana’s default injection cards list semaglutide at $149/month by subscription or $199 for a one-time month, and tirzepatide at $229 or $279 respectively. Longer subscriptions advertise lower monthly equivalents, but semaglutide’s lower pricing section calls $149 introductory.

The verdict
Nirwana now publishes substantially more purchasing information, including separate one-time and subscription choices, a refund policy and support email. Its default injection cards distinguish monthly, quarterly and six-month commitments, so the lowest advertised monthly equivalent should not be presented as a one-month purchase. Semaglutide’s $149 subscription card also conflicts with a lower section calling that price introductory; confirm the amount due, renewal rate and selected form before paying.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. With injection shown by default, the plan cards list $199 for a one-time month or $149/month for a subscription. A lower section calls $149 introductory. Confirm the first charge and continuing renewal price before choosing the subscription.
How do Nirwana’s longer tirzepatide plans compare?
The default injection cards show $279 for a one-time month, $229/month by monthly subscription, $199/month on a quarterly subscription and $133/month on a six-month subscription. The latter figures are advertised monthly equivalents for longer terms, not one-month purchases.
Do the advertised prices apply equally to oral and injectable medication?

What happens if a clinician does not approve treatment?
The refund policy says medical disqualification before treatment begins qualifies for a full refund for that billing cycle. It also allows refunds for verified billing errors and where required by law. This is narrower than a general satisfaction guarantee.

Does canceling Nirwana refund the unused part of a plan?
The refund policy generally excludes refunds for mid-cycle cancellation or choosing not to continue treatment. Prescription medication is not returnable after dispensing or shipment except where legally required. Confirm the cancellation deadline for the selected subscription before paying.
