The commitment trap

The lower equivalent requires quarterly payment and an eligible pharmacy option. Canceling renewal at least 48 hours early does not reverse a filled medication order or establish a refund for unused prepaid treatment.

Money you will meet later

  • Semaglutide has a $175 monthly option or $387 billed every three months, equivalent to $129/month. That equivalent is not a single monthly payment.
  • Tirzepatide's DrugCrafters quarterly option is $387 ($129/month); Southend and VialsRX options are $447 ($149/month). NewLife's $467 quarterly offer, displayed as $156/month, is temporarily paused. Confirm the selected pharmacy, formulation and full total rather than treating these as interchangeable plans.
  • The October 2026 refund policy requires renewal cancellation at least 48 hours early, or two days. A $25 consultation fee may be retained after review when a prescription is canceled before pharmacy filling; filled orders are generally final, including intolerance or side effects.
  • Authorization is held before approval; the policy says treatment is not charged if denied and charges follow approval. Dispatch delayed beyond ten business days has a full-refund exception including the doctor fee; another clause uses ten days without defining business days.

The page's default DrugCrafters option lists Alabama, Alaska, California, Hawaii, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon and Virginia as unavailable, with Arkansas temporarily unavailable; Puerto Rico shipping is described. Confirm your location for the actual option rather than applying one pharmacy's list to the whole platform.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

FDA's September 2025 warning to Try Nova, CMS 716695, addressed misleading compounded-semaglutide marketing that implied sameness to approved products. The letter matches this provider, not a similarly named business. It is not contamination evidence for a patient's vial, and neither current disclaimers nor the dated warning establish closeout or today's enforcement status.

Does the lowest monthly equivalent mean I pay one month at a time?

No. Semaglutide's lower equivalent requires a quarterly payment. Tirzepatide's quarterly price also depends on the pharmacy and formulation; the NewLife option is temporarily paused. Confirm the full upfront charge, actual medication quantity and next renewal. Monthly billing alone does not establish a 30-day supply.

Which clinical team and pharmacy would handle my care?

JM Health Group operates the platform and the current footer names Arora Health Group for clinical care. Tirzepatide offers named pharmacy choices with different formulations and state restrictions; a default selection is not your assignment. Confirm the treating professional, dispensing facility, required labs and exact supply before payment.

How do I pause or cancel future billing?

Terms describe pausing under Treatment, Manage, then Pause; paused treatment does not bill until unpaused. Request cancellation at least two days, or 48 hours, before renewal and obtain confirmation. Filled orders generally remain final even when future charges stop. A regulatory pause can also change the available pharmacy at renewal.

Can I recover an already paid order?

A pre-filling cancellation after consultation may lose $25. Filled medicine is generally nonrefundable, including for side effects or intolerance, subject to law and error exceptions. The policy provides a full refund including the doctor fee if dispatch exceeds ten business days; another delay clause is less precise. Authorization holds before approval are distinct from treatment charges.
