NovoCare Pharmacy is the real thing — Novo Nordisk's own branded channel, dispensed through two named contracted specialty pharmacies, at prices well below retail list. Its pricing structure is genuinely more layered than a single headline figure suggests: the pill, the standard pen, and "Wegovy HD" each carry different rates and different promotional end dates, and government-insured patients are excluded from the copay savings program specifically. You'll need your own prescriber — this channel includes no clinical support of its own.
