A 21-day billing policy behind monthly-looking prices
The GLP-1 page uses monthly sale prices and four-week shipments, while its billing policy describes a separate 21-day recurring plan. Confirm which schedule you are accepting.
Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict
WellMedr’s storefront now uses the welludr. name. It offers clinician-reviewed GLP-1 care and lists NAD+, B12 and sermorelin; testosterone, ED and hair-loss services are marked as coming soon. Naming its dispensing pharmacies and publishing a detailed refund policy are useful improvements. The main reservation is the gap between its sales page and billing policy: monthly-looking promotional figures sit beside a 21-day recurring-plan description. The cancellation rules are more specific than the headline guarantee. Read the amount, frequency and refund terms for the exact plan before paying.
welludr. isn't on any of our comparisons yet. The providers we compare in this category are on our semaglutide provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see how semaglutide works for what the treatment does and does not do.

Who it is for, and who it is not
A good fit if
- You want the dispensing-pharmacy partners identified publicly
- You are willing to compare the full prepaid total with the recurring payment schedule
- You want clinician messaging and progress tracking alongside medication access
Look elsewhere if
- You need one clearly stated calendar-month cost before starting
- You would rely on a weight-loss guarantee without reading its restrictions
- You want testosterone, ED or hair-loss treatment now; those services are marked coming soon
Sounds like a fit? Start with welludr..
What it actually costs
What they advertise
The GLP-1 sales page advertises pre-Black Friday starting prices of $49/month for semaglutide and $89/month for tirzepatide, with four-week shipments. NAD+ has a separate $99/month starting claim.
What you actually pay, month to month
No single ongoing calendar-month cost can be established from those headlines. The policy describes a 21-day recurring plan plus prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month terms, with the exact accepted price and cycle set at checkout.
The commitment trap
A continuously active 21-day plan can produce up to 18 payments in the first 365 days, including checkout. The sale page does not establish that either promotional price applies to this plan; ask for the renewal amount and billing period together.
Money you will meet later
- Payment is collected before clinical review; an initial clinical denial triggers an automatic full refund within seven business days.
- Prepaid terms renew only after separate enrollment in automatic renewal. Stopping renewal does not itself end the current paid term.
- Ask for the exact treatment period covered by each payment; billing frequency and shipment timing are different disclosures.
- If separately authorized, prepaid renewals are generally billed 10 days before a three- or six-month term ends, or 15 days before a twelve-month term ends. Check the exact charge date rather than waiting until the paid term ends.
- The policy says renewal cancellation takes effect when received through its published email, portal or telephone channels. It stops future charges but does not automatically refund an already processed order.

What is included
Compare the total cost, including fees and any minimum commitment. Here is what welludr. bundles in, and what it does not.
Clinician consult
A licensed clinician reviews the intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate
Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription.
Bloodwork / labs
Testing may be requested
The billing policy allows laboratory testing, identity checks or a live visit if required; it does not establish a universal included panel or its price.
Follow-ups and dose changes
The GLP-1 page includes provider messaging, check-ins and progress tracking
B12 refills expressly require clinical review; no universal appointment cadence is promised.
Human support
The policy lists account support Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern
Clinical questions belong with the prescribing clinician.
Injection supplies
Confirm the preparation
equipment and instructions included in the prescribed order; the general service pages do not itemize one kit for every treatment.
Shipping
Free delivery is advertised
but the policy makes timing dependent on approval, pharmacy processing and the timeframe accepted at checkout.
Pharmacy, labs and oversight
The pharmacy
The service-availability page names Logos RX in Tampa, Emerald Compounding Pharmacy in Tampa and Center City Pharmacy in West Palm Beach. The assigned pharmacy varies with treatment and location. The page says the label identifies the dispenser and, for compounded medication, the actual compounder when different. It does not establish one facility class for every order.
Oversight
The GLP-1 page includes provider messaging, check-ins and progress tracking. B12 refills expressly require clinical review; no universal appointment cadence is promised.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.
Where you can get it
Clinical coverage does not guarantee medication shipping. An indexed extract of the dedicated availability page lists all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico and Guam for clinical services; direct access to that page failed during the October 2026 check. It separately warns that a particular medication may not be dispensed everywhere. The GLP-1 sales FAQ is less precise and still defers eligibility to signup; confirm the prescribed product for your location.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
The GLP-1 sales page promotes a 90-day weight-loss money-back guarantee, while the refund policy says failure to achieve a desired result does not by itself qualify pharmacy-started medication for a refund. It also mixes four-week shipment copy with a 21-day recurring-plan policy. Request the accepted plan terms in writing: the advertised starting price does not settle the recurring bill or guarantee a refund.
- Monthly sale copy does not establish which price applies to the 21-day recurring plan
- Up to 18 charges in the first year on a continuously active 21-day plan
- The weight-loss guarantee is narrower in the refund policy than the sales headline suggests
- Medication already in pharmacy preparation is generally nonrefundable; unearned future portions are treated separately
- Product availability may be narrower than the 53-jurisdiction clinical-service list
- Sales images are expressly described as illustrations inspired by similar programs, rather than identified patients of this service

Questions about welludr.
Do welludr.’s $49 and $89 sale amounts establish a 21-day recurring bill?
No. The October 2026 sales page showed monthly-looking starting amounts of $49 for semaglutide and $89 for tirzepatide, alongside four-week shipments. A separate policy describes 21-day recurring billing. The sales page does not assign the $49 or $89 amounts to that 21-day plan, so multiplying the promotion by eighteen would invent an annual invoice. Confirm the accepted charge, renewal amount and billing period together.
How do recurring billing, shipments and prepaid terms differ?
If a 21-day plan stays continuously active, it can produce up to 18 payments in the first 365 days, including checkout. That calculation does not establish the price or medication supply per payment. Four-week shipping copy is a separate disclosure. Prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month terms require separate authorization for automatic renewal; authorized renewal charges generally occur 10 days before three- or six-month terms end, or 15 days before twelve-month terms end. Confirm the actual charge date and supply period.
When does welludr. cancellation become effective?
The policy says renewal cancellation takes effect when received through its published email, portal or telephone channels. It stops future renewals, but does not automatically end the current paid term or refund an existing prescription order. Separately authorized prepaid renewals can be charged before the term ends, so obtain confirmation before the applicable charge date rather than assuming the last treatment day is the deadline.
How do initial denial, pharmacy preparation and the weight-loss guarantee differ?
An initial clinical denial triggers an automatic full refund within seven business days under the reviewed policy. Pharmacy preparation, not merely prescription routing, changes medication refund eligibility: a pharmacy-started prescription is generally nonrefundable. Unearned future portions are treated separately. The sales page’s 90-day weight-loss guarantee does not override that limit; failure to achieve a desired result alone does not qualify prepared medication for a refund.
Which pharmacies and locations does welludr. disclose?
The public disclosures name Logos RX, Emerald Compounding Pharmacy and Center City Pharmacy. The availability page’s indexed extract lists 53 clinical jurisdictions: all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico and Guam; its direct page could not be opened during the October 2026 check. That is not universal medication shipping. Pharmacy assignment varies by treatment and location; the prescription label identifies the actual dispenser and, when different, the compounder. These disclosures do not establish one pharmacy class for every order.
Are labs and ongoing appointments funded?
Laboratory testing, identity checks or a live visit may be required. The pages describe provider messaging, check-ins and progress tracking, but establish no universal funded lab panel or fixed appointment allowance. Account-support hours are not a promise of immediate clinician response. The general pages also do not itemize one equipment kit for every treatment; confirm testing costs, follow-up arrangements and the supplies included in the prescribed order.

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
