Clear 30-day prices, but dose-based tiers conflict with a flat-price promise

The pricing page lists compounded semaglutide at $149–$259 and tirzepatide at $159–$349 per 30-day supply. Its process page also says the price stays the same at every dose; get the prescribed tier confirmed.

WePeptideRx publishes useful 30-day and 90-day supply distinctions, an itemized state list and a refund pathway if the provider declines treatment. The pricing page’s dose tiers conflict with the process page’s flat-price promise, so confirm the prescribed tier and future refill charge. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The state page lists 48 available states, excludes Alabama and Mississippi, and warns that individual treatments may have additional restrictions.
