Get the applicable method and cutoff in writing. The guarantee is also narrower than the homepage’s broad refund promise: it excludes coaching fees and requires six months of documented adherence.

The homepage explicitly advertises compounded semaglutide from $129/month and compounded tirzepatide from $169/month. These are monthly starting offers; your subscription and any promotional renewal terms still matter. The homepage says all subscriptions include coaching with no hidden fees, membership costs, or lab charges. The guarantee separately excludes coaching fees from its refund, which does not establish a mandatory extra coaching charge. Confirm the selected plan and renewal rate before enrolling.

What conditions apply to the LevelsRx money-back guarantee?
The terms offer a refund of GLP-1 medication fees for a six-month period if you do not lose at least 20% of baseline weight and meet every listed condition. They require care and diet coaching enrollment, attendance at at least 80% of weekly physician consultations, full meal-plan adherence, prescribed medication use throughout, and no more than one missed coaching session per month. Baseline and final weights must follow the specified visit process; home scales are not accepted for the final measurement. Monthly scale photographs are due by the 28th. Leaving a required program, missing documentation, or other listed nonadherence voids eligibility. Coaching fees are non-refundable, and eligible refunds are described as processed within 30 days of the final weigh-in. This is a conditional seller policy, not a promised weight-loss outcome.
How do I cancel a LevelsRx subscription?
The Terms and Conditions require calling support at least seven days before the next billing cycle and say email or chat cancellation is not processed. The separate Terms of Use say cancellation is available by email or through the provider. Because those instructions differ, obtain the method, cutoff, and confirmation in writing before enrolling. Ordinary mid-cycle cancellation does not generally create a refund under the Terms and Conditions.
