No. The semaglutide figure is the advertised average per vial on a 48-week plan costing $3,189.33 upfront. The corresponding tirzepatide plan costs $4,788 upfront, with a $399 average per vial. These averages differ from recurring payments and from buying four weeks alone; four-week treatment periods also differ from calendar months.

How does the recurring commitment work?

Semaglutide is $299 and tirzepatide $449 every four weeks on the recurring plan. Lean Rx says cancellation is available after the initial 24-week commitment, described in its FAQ as six vials. That is a minimum treatment commitment, not evidence that all 24 weeks are charged in one invoice. Confirm the cancellation process and next billing date before enrolling.

What do the shorter packages and higher doses cost?

A single four-week package is $450 for semaglutide or $599 for tirzepatide, plus $35 shipping. Twelve weeks cost $1,050 or $1,425 upfront, respectively. Both drug pages describe a $150 charge per additional vial every four weeks when a higher dose is approved by the provider, so none of these prices should be treated as an all-dose guarantee.
