The verdict
Lavender Sky Health offers unusually detailed public comparisons across its pharmacy network, including monthly and longer prepaid supplies. Southend semaglutide/B6 and Nova/AbsoluteRx tirzepatide/B12 each list a $139 monthly starter, but they are different medications and their higher-dose prices differ. Longer supplies can have lower advertised monthly equivalents while requiring the entire plan price upfront. Add the $65 initial consultation and later $40 follow-ups when comparing costs. Pharmacy choice depends on state and formulation, and published partners do not establish your assigned dispensing facility. The main tradeoff is between a smaller initial order and committing to more medication before knowing whether that formulation suits your prescribed plan; refund protections narrow sharply after an order is submitted.

The commitment trap
Tier and extended plans are paid upfront. Their monthly equivalents compare supply costs and are not a monthly payment schedule; eight–ten weeks also is not a fixed number of calendar months.

- Southend semaglutide/B6 monthly supplies list $139 starter, $159 mid and $179 advanced. Its separate $199 plan supplies ten weeks; the listed quantity and prescribed use determine how long it lasts.
- Nova/AbsoluteRx tirzepatide/B12 monthly supplies list $139, $175, $189 and $209. Its $199 Tier 1 supplies eight–ten weeks prepaid; the $309 Foundation supplies three-plus months prepaid.
- The initial consultation costs $65 and follow-ups $40, separately from medication. There is no recurring membership or automatic medication billing; refills between required follow-ups have no consult/provider fee.

Phone, video and eligible-state e-consults are offered. Policies identify Lavender Sky Health LLC and a Charleston address; the about page names Dr. Eubanks as founder, which does not identify your assigned clinician.
Bloodwork / labs
Optional home panels cost $175 or $250
The FAQ says bloodwork is not required before starting. These separately purchased kits include return shipping; they are not a universally funded monitoring panel. Partner-location draws are marked coming soon.
Follow-ups and dose changes

The service page says every six months during active treatment and twelve months on maintenance, sometimes sooner. The FAQ also says a visit is needed after more than six months since the last consultation; confirm the maintenance exception. Refills between required visits have no provider fee.

The pharmacy
Named network; your assigned facility needs confirmation. Public tables identify partners including Southend, Nova/AbsoluteRx, Hallandale, ReviveRx, Strive and Empower. Pharmacy, ingredient blend and state affect the available plan. This network list does not independently establish the regulatory category or quality of the facility filling your prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. All 50 states and DC are claimed, with restrictions. The public directory lists pharmacy-specific coverage. New patients in Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia must begin with a live phone consultation; not every pharmacy or medication serves every state.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
The lowest monthly equivalent can require a much larger upfront order, and consultation fees sit outside the medication tables. No subscription does not mean orders are reversible: payment starts pharmacy processing, and submitted medication orders are generally final. Confirm the exact formulation, quantity, total due and follow-up timing before paying.

Questions about Lavender Sky Health
Is $139 the complete monthly cost?
It is a published medication starter price for particular pharmacy/formulation combinations, not a complete care invoice. The initial consultation adds $65; later required consultations cost $40. Higher doses and other pharmacies can cost more. No complete selected invoice was verified.
Are the longer plans billed monthly?
No. Tier supplies of roughly eight–ten weeks and extended plans are paid once upfront. Their monthly equivalents are comparisons, not installments. A monthly supply, a ten-week supply and a three-plus-month supply should not be treated as the same commitment.
Do I need bloodwork or a recurring membership?
The FAQ says bloodwork is not required before starting and describes home kits as optional. Published panels cost $175 or $250 separately. There is no subscription or scheduled recurring medication charge; patients actively order and pay. Individual monitoring decisions belong with the treating clinician.
Can I choose my pharmacy in every state?
The practice claims all-state and DC service, but your medication and pharmacy choices depend on its coverage directory. Named partners are publicly listed; they do not establish your assigned facility. New patients in Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia require a live phone consultation.
How often do I pay for a follow-up?

Can I stop treatment and get unused payments back?

Phone changes request 24 hours’ notice. Unused prepayments may be refunded on request within 180 days less 5%, but applied credits are final. Report delivery problems to both pharmacy and practice within 24 hours.
