Knownwell's brand-only, insurance-friendly positioning is real and well-documented: a named, genuinely credentialed co-founder, a fully published multi-drug pricing table, and coverage across all 50 states plus five in-person metro clinics. Its refund policy only explicitly covers appointment-level cancellations, though, with no broader subscription-refund language found — and its "97% keep weight off" claim is cited without a source.
