The verdict

Klarity Health is a marketplace for independent practices, so the useful comparison is the chosen provider's care and medication costs together. Its general-service homepage starts at $49 and its weight-loss page at $51; those different scopes do not establish conflicting prices for an identical appointment. The dedicated page estimates $50–$60 for a visit and a very broad medication range, but neither supplies a selected prescription invoice or a maintenance-dose price. There is no required Klarity membership, although individual appointments and packages have their own obligations. Check the provider's fee, lab requirements, pharmacy route and cancellation policy before booking; a small initial deposit does not make the rest of the visit or a larger package risk-free.

The commitment trap

The $49 general-service and $51 weight-loss floors cover different scopes, not a proven identical appointment. Neither includes the drug. A deposit, a pay-as-you-go visit and a provider's package have different payment and refund obligations.

  • The weight-loss page estimates visits at $50–$60 depending on location and GLP-1 medication at $25–$1,500 depending on insurance and pharmacy. These broad estimates do not establish your drug, dose or ongoing price.
  • Initial self-pay appointments require a $10 nonrefundable deposit; the remainder is charged 24 hours before the visit. Follow-up and refill appointment fees also collect 24 hours before; extra appointment time can create further fees.

Are $49 and $51 prices for the same appointment?

The $49 floor appears on the general-service homepage, while the weight-loss page starts at $51. That does not establish different prices for an identical provider or visit. The selected practice sets its fee; neither starting figure establishes a monthly medication-inclusive plan.

What costs sit outside the first visit fee?

Medication and testing are separate, and follow-up or refill appointments are charged per service. The weight-loss page's broad $25–$1,500 medication estimate depends on insurance and pharmacy, rather than quoting a selected drug and dose. Confirm repeat visits, labs, supplies and dispensing costs before budgeting.

When am I charged and can insurance leave a balance?

Klarity Health Inc. operates the technology platform; independent practices provide care. Its all-state network claim does not guarantee a particular provider, prescription or pharmacy in every location. Confirm the assigned clinician, practice and dispenser.
