Semaglutide is $249 for the first month, then $299 a month on the 1-month plan. The $179, $149 and $129 monthly prices need a 3-, 6- or 12-month plan. Tirzepatide runs $299, then $399, down to $199 a month on 12 months.

The verdict
Kova prints its whole price grid on the homepage and names the drugs: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, which it says are not FDA-approved. Month to month, semaglutide costs $249 for the first month and $299 after that; the $129 to $179 prices are 12-, 6- and 3-month plans, paid monthly or upfront. It names its prescribers, its provider network (Telegra) and five partner pharmacies.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
Kova's $129 a month is the 12-month plan. Paying month to month, semaglutide costs $249 for the first month and $299 every month after, and tirzepatide climbs to $399, so the price you see first is less than half of what a no-commitment buyer pays.
