Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Does cancel anytime mean I can stop the next charge immediately?
The weight-loss FAQ allows subscription cancellation but asks for 30 days’ notice. Confirm the effective cancellation date and next charge for your plan. Ending future renewals is different from recovering payment for a prescription already sent to a pharmacy.
When does the $100 cancellation fee apply?
After an eRX is sent to a partner pharmacy, Layla says the order cannot be changed and cancellation will be attempted without guaranteed success. If that cancellation succeeds, a $100 clinical and visit fee is deducted. This does not establish a general refund for clinical nonapproval, stopping for medical reasons or medication already supplied.
Who provides care and which states are supported?
Terms name Dynamic Trading Enterprises LLC as the platform operator and Beluga Health, P.A. or affiliated entities for clinical care. Availability varies by state and service. Pharmacy-network references do not establish your assigned dispenser, so confirm your clinician, actual pharmacy and exact product’s eligibility for your location.
Are check-ins, supplies, labs and shipping included?
The Ozempic plan advertises initial telehealth, prescription, medication, supplies, monthly check-ins and medical support. A universal lab allowance and guaranteed clinical response time were not established. The oral-drops page describes a monthly drop supply with consultation and medication. Confirm your own plan’s kit and lab costs; public shipping estimates differ between two working days and 3–5 days.
