LevelUp Rx names two partner pharmacies — DiRx and The DrugStore — a real, checkable disclosure most compounded-GLP-1 storefronts skip. But its prescribing physicians are listed only for California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont, with no single named medical group covering the rest of the country the site otherwise appears to serve. Pricing is flat regardless of dose ($149.97/month semaglutide, $249.97/month tirzepatide), and once a prescription ships, its own terms state the sale is final — no returns on dispensed medication.
