Levity has closed its subscription service

Levity says it stopped new and repeat subscription orders in September 2026 and canceled existing subscriptions. It directs customers to ZipHealth through a new consultation, rather than carrying a Levity subscription across. Old prices and enrollment descriptions remain on parts of the site; they are not an available Levity offer.

The verdict

Levity is now a service-closure review rather than a current subscription recommendation. Its closure notice takes priority over the older price and treatment paragraphs still visible on the homepage. Existing customers may need help with records, past payments or unfinished orders; a cancellation announcement does not establish an individual refund or the resolution of every account. The proposed ZipHealth route requires a new customer assessment, with separate prescribing, payment and pharmacy arrangements. We have not verified a selected replacement plan. Older Levity terms and an attributed February 2026 FDA warning letter remain relevant background, but neither proves why the service closed or that a particular historical charge is refundable. For a new weight-loss program, compare an available service using its current complete quote rather than Levity’s former subscription prices.

The commitment trap

The homepage retains legacy program and price descriptions below its closure announcement. A visible historical amount does not establish that the old subscription can still be purchased or renewed.

Money you will meet later

  • The closure notice says existing subscriptions were canceled. It does not settle every past charge, shipment, credit or refund; ask support about the specific account and keep its written response.
  • Posted terms last revised in December 2023 describe canceling an initial order before prescribing and later subscription orders at least 48 hours before shipment. Those are historical account terms, not an open enrollment offer.
  • The old terms also describe a $150 consultation fee for a prescription transfer requested before issuance, with the remaining order value refunded. Do not assume that fee or transfer route governs a current replacement-service order.
  • The notice directs patients to a new consultation at ZipHealth and says subscriptions do not carry over. A replacement price, insurance arrangement, laboratory charge, supply period and pharmacy policy must be checked separately.

A replacement clinician may require testing under a separate plan; confirm the tests, who orders them and patient cost rather than transferring an old subscription assumption.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it

New Levity subscriptions are unavailable. The former state list is not current enrollment coverage, and replacement treatment eligibility depends on the new service, clinician, prescription and patient location.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

The service-closure notice changes the buying decision: this is no longer a current Levity subscription offer. Old pricing, clinical marketing and terms remain visible, making it easy to mistake historical detail for an available plan. Separately, an FDA warning letter from February 2026 addressed earlier compounded-drug marketing. That enforcement history does not establish the cause of closure, present case disposition or a patient-specific remedy.

  • No new or repeat Levity subscription orders after the announced cutoff

Questions about Levity

Can I still start or renew a Levity subscription?

The current notice says new and repeat subscription orders ended in September 2026 and the subscription service is closing permanently. Older program descriptions do not override that notice. If you have a pending order or a charge you do not understand, ask support to identify its status rather than assuming the closure settled your particular account.

Will my subscription or prescription automatically move to ZipHealth?

Levity says subscriptions do not carry over and directs customers to a new consultation at ZipHealth, which it describes as its sister brand. That is not an automatic transfer of a subscription or approval of the same prescription. Confirm the replacement service’s assessment, complete price and actual pharmacy before relying on a previous arrangement.

Are the old monthly prices still available?

The homepage retains older price and treatment paragraphs, but the subscription closure means they are not a verified new-enrollment offer. No current selected replacement bill was established. Check medication, quantity, clinical charges and payment timing together when comparing available programs; do not use a historical Levity amount as a quote for another company.

Can I obtain a refund or transfer a past prescription?

The closure announcement does not promise a universal refund. Terms revised in December 2023 describe a pre-prescribing first-order cutoff, a 48-hour subsequent-shipment deadline and a $150 consultation fee for certain pre-issuance transfers. Ask which accepted agreement applies to your past order and request an itemized decision. Do not assume those old provisions govern a new service.

Who should I contact about records, an order or clinical follow-up?

The public contact page provides weekday support from 9am–5pm Eastern and a support-center route. Historical terms distinguish the platform from ZipHealth Medical Group and affiliated clinical groups. Ask which organization holds the relevant record and handles an unfinished clinical matter. Published hours do not guarantee an immediate reply, appointment, prescription or replacement shipment.

Does the FDA warning letter explain the closure?

The February 2026 FDA letter addressed earlier compounded semaglutide and liraglutide promotion, including apparent manufacturer labeling and approval implications. It is attributed historical enforcement context. The reviewed closure notice does not identify that letter as its cause; we have not established a current case outcome or a direct explanation for the business decision.
