LifeMD is the only provider here with public, audited-grade financial disclosure — a real, if indirect, form of transparency most competitors can't offer. Its pricing has recently dropped (from a $75 to a $39 first-month program fee), and it advertises a specific weight-loss money-back guarantee, though the guarantee's full terms weren't fully resolvable. Its refund policy is otherwise a hard "all sales final" line, and no LegitScript certification was found — worth noting for a company this size.

LifeMD's refund policy states, "UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE," with a pro-rata refund available only in the narrow case of clinical ineligibility found at your initial consultation — and despite being a Nasdaq-listed company with substantial scale, no LegitScript certification was found anywhere on the site.
