The verdict
LillyDirect Foundayo is Eli Lilly's own direct-pay channel for Foundayo (orforglipron), a daily oral GLP-1 pill requiring no injections or refrigeration. With the Lilly Savings Card, commercially insured patients pay $25/month; cash-pay patients pay $149-$299/month depending on labeled dose — one of the cheapest legal paths to a brand-name GLP-1 available in 2026, sold direct from the manufacturer with no compounding and no reseller markup. It requires a valid prescription from a separate licensed prescriber — LillyDirect itself doesn't write one — and the $25 savings card excludes Medicare and Medicaid patients. Foundayo's own labeling shows lower mean weight loss at the labeled dose (11.1%) than Wegovy (14.9%) or Zepbound (20.9%), and dosing requires a strict 30-minute empty-stomach window.
