These are public offers, not a confirmed patient invoice or promise of prescribing. The FAQ says Illinois adds 2.5% of the final cost; other listed taxes are included. A funded laboratory panel is unconfirmed, so ask about required tests and their charges. Insurance is not billed, while HSA/FSA use depends on your administrator. Confirm the prescribed product and dose before using either tier as a budget.

The public agreement lists $525 every three months for 1 mg/week compounded semaglutide and $745 for 1.7 or 2.4 mg/week. The first agrees with the website's $175/month equivalent. The higher-dose website label of $249/month equivalent and its $20/month discount wording conflict with each other and with that agreement. The agreement says it controls conflicting website information. Payment is quarterly, while medication delivery is monthly. Confirm the selected terms and total before accepting; the public agreement does not establish that you personally owe a particular invoice, and its general rule makes fees nonrefundable.

Tirzepatide has its own table in the public subscription agreement: $295/month or $845 every three months for 2.5–10 mg/week, and $365/month or $1,045 every three months for 12.5–15 mg/week. Current care is listed in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania. Your physical location, clinician authorization and selected medicine still matter. Named leadership and the WellNow brand do not establish that a particular clinician or urgent-care location will provide your treatment.

The public agreement requires cancellation before 8 PM Eastern Time on the day before the next payment to avoid that charge. It directs members to the profile's Membership Page, then Request to Cancel, or to call 1-833-944-4434; the FAQ calls the section Memberships. Renewals otherwise continue monthly or quarterly with no defined end date. Fees are nonrefundable under the general rule, including partially used medication and other subscription issues, with exceptions solely at the company's discretion. Keep confirmation and ask about any order in progress. Stopping renewal does not promise repayment of an unused quarter.

Providers review the individual intake and may require a live visit; the FAQ describes ongoing reassessment and nutrition guidance without a universal follow-up calendar or immediate response promise. A funded lab panel remains unconfirmed. Delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days after prescription approval, so it is not a signup-to-door deadline. The separate missing-supply estimate is also 5–7 business days. Confirm required tests, appointment access, refill timing and pharmacy handling instructions before relying on uninterrupted treatment or a particular arrival date.
