The verdict

LifeRx makes the first kit easier to compare: $147 buys an advertised five-week supply with consultation, medication, injection supplies and delivery. The unanswered question is the next purchase. The page does not establish the strength, total medication quantity, maintenance price or a fixed allowance for ongoing visits and tests. Its terms say there is no automatic renewal and patients must initiate contact monthly, a different timetable from the five-week supply. Care comes through independent medical groups, while the platform documents use different corporate suffixes. The part they would rather you skipped

The kit and legal documents leave the continuing budget unresolved. A five-week supply sits beside terms requiring monthly contact, with third-party costs assigned to patients. The documents also identify the platform as Inc. in the terms and LLC in consent. These gaps call for a complete written quote and responsible-entity confirmation, rather than assuming the first kit defines every later purchase.
