What refund exceptions appear in the terms?
The terms describe a prescription-order cancellation request within 24 hours only if the provider network has not yet received the order. They list limited refunds for incorrect or damaged medication, safety-standard problems, an unshipped order, or a provider declining a prescription. Dispensed or delivered medication is non-refundable, and returned prescription medication carries a stated $35 disposal fee. These provisions differ from the treatment FAQ’s shorter general refund summary.
