Provider review

VivioMD review

It does offer GLP-1s, contrary to a prior 'not currently offered' hypothesis

It does prescribe GLP-1s, both branded and compounded, through OpenLoop clinicians, and it names four real compounding pharmacies and the one state it cannot serve. What it will not show you is a price: "flat pricing" is claimed, then gated behind the intake.

Received an FDA warning letter in June 2026 see the FDA’s warning-letter database.

Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict

VivioMD does offer real GLP-1 medications — both compounded and brand-name — contrary to our earlier note, and backs that with named pharmacy partners, a real clinical staffing entity (OpenLoop), and unusually precise state-exclusion disclosure, though its 'flat pricing' claim isn't matched by any visible number until you're deep in the intake funnel.

VivioMD is not ranked on any of our rankings. This is a standalone read of what the company publishes about itself — the providers we do rank in this category are on our semaglutide provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see the evidence review for what these compounds do and do not do.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • You want the option of either compounded or brand-name (Ozempic, Zepbound) GLP-1 medication from the same platform
  • You want named pharmacy partners and a real, verifiable clinical staffing entity disclosed
  • You want precise state-coverage disclosure rather than a vague claim

Look elsewhere if

  • You want to see an actual price before starting the intake — the 'flat pricing' claim isn't backed by any visible number until deep in the funnel
  • You're in Louisiana — explicitly excluded
  • You want pricing visible on the homepage itself rather than gated behind an intake funnel

What it actually costs

What they advertise

Pricing not published anywhere on the homepage, despite a 'Flat pricing — never goes up as your dose increases' claim — the actual figure is gated behind the intake funnel.

What you actually pay, month to month

Pricing not published anywhere reachable without starting the intake funnel.

The commitment trap

The 'flat pricing' claim is made without ever showing a number, this is a transparency claim not backed by a visible figure on the marketing pages.

We checked VivioMD's own public pages in August 2026 and found no dollar figure. We do not print a number we cannot see, and we do not repeat one from a third-party blog. Work out what a vial actually gives you with our peptide dose calculator.

What is included

The cheapest headline number in this category is often the one with the least attached to it. Here is what VivioMD bundles in, and what it does not.

Clinician consult

Clinical services provided by US-licensed clinicians from OpenLoop Healthcare Partners P.C., a real, established telehealth staffing entity.

Bloodwork / labs

Not published.

Follow-ups and dose changes

No cadence published.

Human support

Not published.

Injection supplies

Not published.

Shipping

Not published.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

The pharmacy

Four named partners: RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine, and Triad Rx.

Oversight

No cadence published.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.

Where you can get it

Available in 49 states — 'unable to provide services in Louisiana.'

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

VivioMD's own homepage claims 'Flat pricing — never goes up as your dose increases,', but no dollar figure is shown anywhere on the marketing pages — the actual price is gated behind the intake funnel.

  • 'Flat pricing' claim isn't backed by any visible figure until deep in the intake funnel
  • Excluded in Louisiana
  • Legal entity registered at a standard Delaware formation address, not an operating clinic address
  • A leftover internal design-system developer comment ships live in the page's own HTML

None of this is unique to VivioMD — the whole category shares it. What we hold against a provider is the part it hides, and the ways vendors hide things are cataloged in our vendor red-flags guide.

How it compares

Read this before you buy

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
