PlexusDx advertises annual-plan equivalents of $69/month for microdose GLP-1, $99 for semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide. The full year is prepaid; monthly options cost more. Future renewals can be canceled or paused, but voluntary cancellation does not ordinarily prorate the paid term.

What you actually pay, month to month

Annual prepaid rates differ from monthly billing. The full selected term is charged upfront on longer plans; confirm the drug, formulation, quantity, debit and renewal amount for your prescription.

The commitment trap

No membership fee does not mean no subscription. Longer plans renew automatically for the same term, and canceling renewal does not ordinarily refund the current prepaid period. Clinical review is still required for continued treatment.

  • Semaglutide injection is $149 monthly, $387 for three months ($129/month equivalent), $654 for six ($109) or $1,188 for twelve ($99), advertised to include care, prescribed medication and shipping.
  • Tirzepatide injection is $189 monthly, $507 for three months ($169/month equivalent), $894 for six ($149) or $1,548 for twelve ($129). The advertised rate does not increase with provider-approved dosing, but the actual prescribed quantity needs confirmation.
  • Plans automatically renew for the same term at the existing price under the current terms. Portal cancellation must precede the next charge; email or support requests should allow at least three business days. Obtain electronic confirmation.
  • Pausing for 1–12 months freezes future billing, fulfillment, remaining prepaid treatment time and the renewal clock while preserving the plan price. Resuming may require clinical reassessment; canceling renewal preserves already-paid treatment subject to clinical appropriateness.
  • The optional genetic test is advertised at $99 after the first program purchase. An optional anti-nausea medicine is advertised at $45 every three months, subject to clinical review. Neither establishes a funded clinical lab panel.
  • Product pages place the treatment charge at pharmacy transmission. Before approval, withdrawal owes $0. After approval but before transmission, timely cancellation receives a full refund. Transmission generally ends the ordinary change-of-mind refund route; medical discontinuation and fulfillment-failure protections are separate.
  • Medical discontinuation can refund unused, not-yet-dispensed prepaid months at the monthly-equivalent rate paid. If remaining treatment cannot be provided and no appropriate alternative is accepted, similar unused-treatment protection applies. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The lower advertised equivalent trades monthly flexibility for a larger prepaid term. Know the amount committed, how to stop renewal and when pharmacy transmission limits a voluntary refund; a pause and a medical-discontinuation refund follow different rules.

Lone Star Virtual Health, PLLC provides independent clinical care. The homepage names Vials RX, NI9 Health Group LLC, as a pharmacy partner, but confirm your actual clinician, dispenser and state eligibility. The plans advertise compounded drugs, which are not FDA-approved. The FAQ also describes a branded-prescription route filled at your chosen pharmacy; confirm its separate cost and coverage rather than assuming the compounded-plan price applies.

Does a yearly payment guarantee a year of medication or two-day delivery?

No. The terms describe prescribing up to six months when appropriate, with renewed review for later treatment. An incomplete required review pauses fulfillment while preserving unused prepaid time. Pharmacy preparation typically takes 3–5 business days after approval before UPS 2nd Day Air transit. Report delivery, damage, missing medication or temperature concerns promptly, generally within 24 hours of recorded delivery; replacement depends on evidence and pharmacy guidance.
