Potere Health MD is a small, Utah-only, physician-led clinic — named MD (Dr. Joshua Silva), in-person visits available in St. George, Salt Lake City and Cedar City, same-day or next-day appointments, and same-day medication pickup rather than mail order for local patients. Its pricing model is genuinely simple by this category's standards: no subscription, no membership fee, one price per fill. That fill is 12 weeks of medication, not one month, and the site's own "~$80/month" and "~$135/month" framing is Potere dividing a $239.99 or $399.99 upfront charge by three — real division, but not a rate you can actually pay monthly. Refills step down after the first: semaglutide drops to $219.99 then $199.99, tirzepatide's pattern is similar. On the disclosure side Potere goes further than most of this board — a dedicated page names its compounding pharmacy, Kaduceus, states it requests quality documentation from pharmacy partners, and cites its own LegitScript certification. The trade-off for all of this is coverage: it is the smallest possible footprint, one state, with in-person infrastructure that does not extend anywhere else.

What you actually pay, month to month
The real charge is a single upfront fill: $239.99 for the first ~12-week semaglutide fill ($219.99 for the second, $199.99 for the third and beyond), and $399.99 for the first ~12-week tirzepatide fill. There is no month-to-month price — every tier is a multi-week fill, and the "per month" figure is that fill price divided by three.
The commitment trap
"$80/month" and "$135/month" are Potere's own division of a 12-week fill price, not a charge a patient can make monthly. No month-to-month option exists.

The headline "~$80/month" and "~$135/month" figures are not charges — they are a $239.99 or $399.99 upfront 12-week fill divided by three, and no genuine monthly option exists. No dedicated refund, cancellation or terms-of-service page could be found on the public site (checked /terms, /terms-of-service, /terms-and-conditions, /refund-policy, /privacy-policy — all 404), so what happens if a patient wants their money back after paying for a fill is undocumented.

Read this before you buy
