This provider's original domain, joinpiper.com, now 301-redirects to joinpolly.com, where the footer copyright reads "Piper Wellness LLC d/b/a JoinPolly" — a real rebrand, not a shutdown. Its refund policy names two pharmacy partners, Hallandale Pharmacy and VialsRx, a real disclosure that survived the rename.

Its refund policy names two specific compounding pharmacies, Hallandale Pharmacy and VialsRx. Refunds are available only if a provider consultation is complete but the order hasn't yet reached the pharmacy; once submitted, "cancellation and refund are no longer possible."

The rebrand from Piper to Polly is disclosed honestly enough — the old domain forwards and the new footer names the same legal entity behind both — but the refund window is tight either way: once your order reaches the pharmacy, the terms state cancellation and refund are simply "no longer possible."
